I have these tires on my new Toyota. They are comfortable and quiet, but the wet grip is very poor. On wet roads and in the rain, they slide a lot and provide very little traction. Disappointing performance in wet conditions. Disappointing for a premium tire. It might be acceptable for a mid-range tire, but I expected much better performance from a premium brand.

Fitment comes from each tire's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.
How long do tires last on the Toyota Corolla?
Across 62 end of life reviews from Toyota Corolla drivers, a typical set of tires was worn out after 23,612 miles. Half of all worn-out sets lasted between 12,000 miles and 37,500 miles.
Distances are self-reported by drivers whose review marked the set as worn out; figures are medians, so a single unusual report cannot move them.
Every tire reviewed on the Toyota Corolla
The complete record, including discontinued tires and tires with too few reviews to rank, ordered by the amount of evidence. A further 193 tires have a single review each; they count toward the totals but are not listed.

What Toyota Corolla drivers say
The most recent owner reviews from this car, in their own words.
Excellent tires! They offer great grip and handling in corners, perform very well in wet conditions and provide excellent traction in the rain. They are also very durable and long-lasting. Highly recommended!
Daily/spirited/track driving.
Good dry/wet grip, however they end up overheating, losing some grip and getting damaged. The treads of the tire loses its integrity.
These are on a Corolla touring hybrid. Tire noise seems to be loud on this car. I tried Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2. Which really have great wear resistance doing 1000s more miles than others. But on the Corolla they are very noisy and don't grip well in the wet. The P7s are quiet and comfortable grip really well. But do wear quickly.
Had these on our Corolla for the last 5 winters and they have performed great. Wear is minimal, although we only have 15,000mi on them. We get surprisingly good gas mileage (37-40mpg). Snow performance is amazing. Even in the wet, sloppy snow/slush, they performed great. Changing lanes in these conditions and not getting pulled around is very confidence-inspiring. Ice performance is very good as well. Had one small slip on some black ice in a corner on an on-ramp, but other than that they have been great in the winter.
Overall, quite disappointed with these tires. From day one, the excessive road noise was noticeable at almost any speed, making highway driving noticeably louder than expected.
More frustrating, however, is the sidewall stiffness—or total lack thereof. The tires constantly feel soft and squishy, leading to a vague, floaty steering response and noticeable body roll in corners. Even after increasing the cold tire pressure well above manufacturer recommendations, they still handled like they were underinflated. Lacks the crisp feedback and composure you want for confident driving. Would not purchase again.
15,600 km & 2 years update
I’ve now covered around 15,600 km (9,700 miles) on these tires, so I would consider them roughly at their midlife point.
I recently rotated them. Before the rotation, the front tires were down to around 5 mm, while the rear tires still had approximately 6 mm of tread. Based on the wear so far, I expect to get another 15,000–16,000 km out of them.
Their characteristics have changed a little as they’ve worn. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is the dry grip. Once the tread got down to around 5 mm, they actually started to feel better in dry and hot condition, giving me more confidence and feedback when cornering.
Another change is the noise. As the tires wore down, they seemed to become quieter. I noticed this especially after rotating them. With the tires that have slightly deeper tread now on the front, I can hear a small increase in road noise again.
Overall, I’m still very satisfied with these tires.
The Michelin Primacy 5 Energy are very silent, they grip well both in dry and wet conditions and they last quite a long time. Overall I'm quite impressed by the quality provided by those tires.
Summer Heat of Socal grips super well confident wet grip
This is my second review after experiencing two summer seasons with tires.
I'm not a sporty driver but I like to roadtrip a lot and I've driven also some curvy mountain passes Transaplina and Transfaragasan on them plus plenty of kilometers on highway from Gdansk to Tuscany.
I don't understand some of the negative reviews. My car is poorly soundproofed toyota corolla but I didn't notice some unpleasant levels of noise. Fuel consumption is excellent, wear is very good, I think that I'm aiming for at least 55-65.000km. We'll see.
Considering grip, dry grip is good, however when really breaking hard you have kind of spongy soft feeling but I didn't notice tires slipping.
What I think is about average is wet grip. Driving in heavy rain on highway feels very stable and predictable.
In the past I've had continental premiumcontact 5 and hankook ventus prime 3. Compared to hankook I feel safer on wet roads, compared to continental I get better mileage and smoother passing over potholes.
To sum up, I consider this tires efficient safe choice for touring / cruising. If they'll last up to 60.000 km I'll say that they are also worh money because they were quite pricy. Would I buy them again? No, I'm planning to try as many tire brands as possible from pure curiosity, next I'm planning for Goodyear. Do I regret buying them? No overal they fit my driving style and they are huge update compared to Hankooks.
Also I'd like to add final information, my tires ale labeled made in germany, someone complained theirs are some asian country, maybe there can be some quality issues? I don't know.
