185/60 R15 Tire Review Highlights
Writing about the Bridgestone Blizzak LM005
rated 86%
well, they last only for 2 winters, around 15000 km. what a shame. In a smart forfour, probably with misaligned wheels (totally slicks outside, ok inside) but it was a bad surprise. But they do grip wonderfull on wet, that's for sure

Great summer tires:
- Amazing quality/price ratio when bought in 2021
- Excellent on dry roads: good lateral grip, short braking distance
- Good comfort/handling balance: good steering feedback, predictable handling, handle well rough roads as well as highways
- Decent lifespan : 32'000km
- Average good on wet roads: good lateral grip when new, hydroplaning can happen below 3mm of tread, poor grip on cold wet roads around 3-5°C, when you'd normally switch to winter tires
- Quiet when new and got a little noisy after a year and 6'000km
- Cope decently well with the heat, they can do 15~20km on a race track before handling gets sloppy. Handling when hot is still safe and gets back to normal once cooled down. There's no way to overheat them on open roads.

Writing about the Kleber Dynaxer HP4
rated 60%
Used these tires for 2 seasons. Mostly drive in the city, but 5-10 times per season driving 200+ km on autobahns. Since my car Skoda Fabia has just 55kw i can not describe the handling quality. I even has never lost the traction on dry asphalt due to a low engine power, but while doing more agressive turn the tire a bit "floats", but maybe it's just a feature of my fatty size. I can only compare Kleber to my older Nexen N'blue HD and they are definitely better in terms of wet grip and comfort. Wear is (i don't know) let's say OK. Overall, a nice and safe enough tire for a more relaxed city/autobahn cruiser.

Writing about the Vredestein Ultrac plus
rated 68%
Initial thought on these on my little eco box Polo 6R. Wanted something good in the wet and never owned Vredstein so gave it a go.
Quiet and comfy overall, grippy in the dry. In wet haven't had the change to test much but seems stable and grippy.
They look deflated even in XL in my dimension so I inflated do +0.2 bar.
Not impressed nor disappointed for now.
But surely better that anything most people are buying these days - the brands I've never heard of in my life :/
I actually replaced these from Kenda (China) that came with the car.
Even though new I'm not driving a tire that says made in china - even though only 1 year old and looks new - they span me out in the wet couple of times that I was shocked and instantly took them off for a EU known brand in the mid range like Vredstein.
Quiet and comfy overall, grippy in the dry. In wet haven't had the change to test much but seems stable and grippy.
They look deflated even in XL in my dimension so I inflated do +0.2 bar.
Not impressed nor disappointed for now.

Overall, it is a nice tire to drive. It has good grip in both dry and wet and good handling overall. I found it a very good option for small to medium sized vehicles if your main concern is safety and comfort and not pure performance.

Compared 185/60R15 size with Michelin XM2+, Pirelli Cinturato Rosso is quieter than Michelin XM2+

I just bought hankook kinergy 4s2 for 400€ .I had Bridgestone a005. I find these tires an excellent choice for the price. They are made in Korea which is great! I have a feeling like iam driving in jellies. Very good for roads with potholes. The ride is more smooth than the Bridgestone. They are a bit noisy but i believe that the noise will disappear after more km.I will renew my after more km. However i really recommend these tires tires

Excellent tires. At yaris 2012 diesel they lasts almost 90000km. I had never such a good tire. Perfect grip, and very good at wet braking. Nice handling at corners.

I live in Greece and I bought these for the second time in April 2023 because i was totally satisfied. Excellent dry braking in city, motorway and country roads and very good dry handling in tight mountainous hairpin turns. Excellent aquaplanning. Good wet braking but not so much feedback when cornering in wet. Great comfort, low noise and they feel very smooth which i absolutely loved. The first set was made in Poland, the new ones in Germany. Wear came sooner than i expected but still later than the Continental Contact. I hope that Falken that now owns Dunlop will make a replacement of this model enhancing its strong points even more.

Decent tires for casual drivers, I drove with them aggressively and they do not slip unless pushed to the extreme, make a lot of noise and vibrations when on old roads, freshly laid road feels fine.

It is much more affordable when compared with Conti or Michelin( In my situation it costs slightly more than a half). Using it for about a year between -10 to +40 Celsius degrees. It performs very well under +15 degrees but it is a nightmare on warmer conditions, especially on summer where aerial temperature is more than 30 degrees. The car cannot get rid of overspinning and brakes very poorly. Cornering and feedback is also poor on high temperatures. During rainy weather it also performs more than expected, experienced no issues. I still recommend it for those where temperature do not rise over +30 Celsius degrees especially if you are on budget and prices are similar with mine in your market.
