205/55 R17 Tire Review Highlights
Writing about the Bridgestone Turanza 6 rated 79%
while driving a SEAT
Updating on previous reviews - these tires suit the Seat Arona quite well with predictable handling wet and dry, even when pushed hard cornering in the wet.
Tire pressure is a slight mystery so I experimented and also searched online for recommendations running at around 40 psi they still grip well in the wet.
I would probably try something else next time as others are getting slightly better reviews - maybe Pirelli C3, Falken ZIEX ZE 320, these seem to be my top 2 I would consider.
Car came with Good year efficient Grip 2 and these were Ok but the Bridgestone was superior in almost all ways

Grip is definitely not really good, especially in the wet. Often got some wheel spin at the front wheel, which was concerning. The worst thing is tire wear, the front wheels were only 3.3mm left after only driven for 6500 miles.

Only have them for a few days, but initial impressions are great.
Grip and handling are very good, very quiet, and soft/smooth over road cracks. Recommended.

These were bought to replace a front set of Maxxis AP3 which wore out due to bad alignment. So far they've handled everything thrown at them. They've handled motorway slogs in the summer, rural Scottish single track road in the autumn and winter and our steep exit from the estate in the pouring rain with no problems whatsoever.
So far absolutely no complaints in about 3000 miles.
Definitely consider buying these for the rears when they wear out.

Dry grip okay, but wet grip and aquaplaning terrible especially below 12 C. I dont reccomend it.

...about 6 months later and I must add to my first review that I am sure that my Pirellis have saved my life on a couple of occasions, once because of the ability of these tires to stop the car in time and another time because these tires do not know what a skid is.

It is truly incredible how safe it is to turn the car as you please with these tires.

I think it is rare that a company comes out with a product that exceeds even its own company promises because even the company's own advertisements could not adequately appreciate its own work.

Thank God for Tire Reviews that convinced me to buy these tires.

Horrible tire. Dont buy it. I used them 2 winter seasons. They have aprox 20.000 km. Worn out after 2 seasons only. See the photos below how they look like. They have several spots with flat surface. I dont understand how they could reach also the best performance in the wet condition as wet handling was average. If I compare this tires with Polaris 6 (used on 2nd car), this tire is piece of...
They are winner in the shortest lifetime. How this can be a premium tire for such money? Disaster.

Just bought 4 tires for my Renault Grand Scenic 3 MPV. I have to say that the first thing I noticed is the comfort. Tires are extremely comfort. Handling is surprisingly very good (according to my previous tires). There's no snow yet so I can't write my experience on that matter. But considering first impresions and the price I paid (100€ per tire) I'd surely buy them again.
