Firstly I'd like to correct/add to something I said in a review about the Mich PS4 where I mentioned the Asy 6s didn't seem to be doing much better. It seems the last bit of tread in the Asy 6s last much longer!, going from 3mm @12.6k to 1.7mm (a bit close!) @21k, so they last much longer than the PS4 tires on the rear! (The PS4 tires only lasted 13.2k miles!!).

Fitment comes from each tire's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.
How long do tires last on the BMW 330d?
Across 23 end of life reviews from BMW 330d drivers, a typical set of tires was worn out after 15,000 miles. Half of all worn-out sets lasted between 7,000 miles and 20,000 miles.
Distances are self-reported by drivers whose review marked the set as worn out; figures are medians, so a single unusual report cannot move them.

The complete record, including discontinued tires and tires with too few reviews to rank, ordered by the amount of evidence. A further 61 tires have a single review each; they count toward the totals but are not listed.

What BMW 330d drivers say

Great tires for the price and last really well. Would definitely buy again
Bought 100 miles ago to replace a set of Pilot Sport 4 Zero Pressure on a modified F30 3 series, which is an excellent tire in it's own right. By far the best 18" run flat choice for BMW & Mercedes owners, by a country mile. And it's worth noting; a full set of Sport Evo is currently over £200 cheaper than a set of PS4 ZP.
With the Sport Evo being non run flat, there is an inevitable and noticeable softening of the initial turn-in, but it loads up very quickly thereafter and feels very responsive and grippy. Applying more steering mid corner doesn't phase it. The car goes exactly where you point it.
No rain to speak of for weeks, so can't comment on wet grip yet. Ride comfort and noise levels are obviously very good compared to a 40K mile old run flat, but the Sport Evo is definitely on the stiffer side compared to other UHP non run flats, but this is why enthusiasts buy Potenzas in the first place. No one likes squidgy, squealy and numb cornering from their performance car.
I would put the grip levels easily on par with the ContiSport 7, but has a much better turn in than the CS7. If you are an enthusiast and want to bin off run flats but don't want to sacrifice too much steering feel/precision; these are the tires for you. if you are not an enthusiast but want grip at a great price; these are also the tires for you.
The tires work well on wet and dry roads, they offer enough traction to not spin the wheels even under strong acceleration.
In the corners they offer good grip, you can clearly feel the car starting to understeer when getting to the grip limit in corners, there is no sudden loss of traction or snap-oversteer.
The tires seems to wear slowly and evenly.
Neutral:
Snow traction, mainly on a few cm of fresh snow and snow slush, seems good, but is also limited by the car being rear-wheel-drive without a locking differential.
Negative:
With the tires being the Runflat "Driveguard" variant, the ride can be harsh and the noiselevels are subjectively high. There is a loud humming sound between roughly 80 and 90 kmh (50-55 mph) which can be quite annoying. The noise is most noticable at city speeds, on the highway at over 100 kmh (60mph) the noise starts to reduce and is not intrusive anymore.
Fronts 225/49/R19
Rears 255/35/R19.
Fitted to my 2028 BMW 330d xdrive msport shadow edition.
Fantastic tire, swapped over from run flat Bridgestone Potenza.
I've driven on Goodyear-Pirelli-Bridgestone and these have been the best yet.
Would definitely recommend these Cross climate 3 sport for all year rubber.
Excellent tire.
Overall im slightly dissapointed in wear and noise considering these are really expensive premium brand tires that are more touring biased.
Will definately opt for similar tire next time just something that has better noise and wear.
Not much to say other than im very pleased, but considering these are one of the most expensive tires you can buy, its to be expected.
Cant say much about wear so far they look like new, i've had PC6 in the past on my leon FR and they were bald in 10k miles. UPDATE: Nearly a year later and roughly 24,000kms done on these tires, the rears are down to about 4mm , wet grip has really decreased significantly and the tires are even noisier then they were already when new, i am a bit dissapointed with noise primarily considering its a quiet car and how silent the previous t006 were, gotta say for the price i paid ( 800 euro all 4) i would not buy them again, i predict the rears will need replacing at around 30,000km mark, the fronts are still holding up ok at around 6mm thread depth.
Compared to the A2's I had before the PS4 is a revelation in the wet, the grip in the wet was absolutely staggering (above 7C, below which any summer tire will increasingly struggle), it felt like it almost matched the A2s grip in the dry! Truly amazing grip in the wet!
Grip in the dry seemed good too, although I never pushed them cornering.
A big downside though was the rate they wore at, I nearly got caught out hitting the legal wear limit (1.6mm), I usually change tires at 2.5mm.
Although this was partly due to my mileage shooting up that year (due to a job change), it was also down to how quickly the tires were wearing, from new to ~1.6mm (for the NSR, OSR was ~2.7mm) in about 13.2 k miles. Whereas the last set of GY A2s lasted ~18.6k (rears again).
Their is the mitigating circumstance that I found the rear tracking was out shortly after replacing them, by how much I don't know because the garage's printer wasn't working and they didn't bother to take a photo of it either! That said, it was tracking straight and the outer and inner edges and groves had worn similarly, although the rear was tramlining somewhat (which reduced quite a bit after having it tracked).
Also it seems that the factory pressures are too high for the rears making them wear more in the middle, see their final tread depths below (for each main groove) and make your own mind up. But certainly the A2s pumped up to the same pressures and likely the rear tracking had been a bit out for years as the rear tramlining issue (mainly on the concrete bit of the south part of the M25!) had also been around for years!
NSR 3.2, 2.4, 1.6, 2.7
OSR 3.5, 2.7, 2.7, 3.5
Since then I've fitted Goodyear Asymmetric 6s (I had to downsize slightly to 245/40 17 to get them), and actually their not faring much better :(, they've covered 12.6k miles and are down to 3mm in the ctr grooves already (I can't recall what the outer's were, but theirs a smaller difference than the PS4s, which is at least partly down to the slightly lower pressure I use now, 2.5 Bar vs 2.7, not to mention the tracking being done at the beginning of their life).
The rears still have some life in them but I will be changing these later in the year.
Little tip, ensure your tracking is setup correctly. Makes all the difference in the wear.
In conclusion, you won't be disappointed in the Michelins. Enjoy and drive safely.
