Very disappointed with the tread depth on these as new tires.
Brand new and only 6mm of tread. My Michelins on the rear of my van still have 7mm and have covered 20k already. I expect these Pirelli’s will need replacing this time next year. Not good enough, £50 a tire cheaper than the Michelins. Pay the extra and get Michelin. Best all rounders and last, I predict 3 times longer !

Dry grip was exceptional, almost as good as the Michelins. Under normal driving conditions, they're outstanding. It was only if I pushed them really hard did I noticed they were just a smidge less grippy than the Michelins, but they're very close.
Wet traction was pretty good, they were a bit easier to deliberately slide my Tesla with on wet roads than the Michelins, not dramatically so.
Once the tread wore a bit, probably in the last 5000kms, on a wet, smooth road, it was easy to break traction and slide them with the Tesla. But otherwise, they were still safe in the wet when worn. In the dry, they were still at about 80% of what they were new.
Pretty quiet, comfortable too.
Lasted 30,000kms which very good for me.

Put these tires on to replace some factory Dunlop run flats, which were horrible on the car, made a lot of noise and made the car scary to drive in the wet. These tires were a great improvement on the Dunlop run flats. These tires are great for the car when is it being used for daily driving. I have taken the car for one spirited run and the car handled great however there was minimal road feedback from the tires, so I was unable to determine how much more I could push the car before hitting limits. The tire is ideal for the purpose this vehicle is used for as it's not used for spirited "mountain/canyon runs" usually. As a daily drive to and from work, these tires are nice and comfortable, quiet and provide great wear and fuel economy. If I was to use this car for more spirited driving, I would not be keeping these tires on.

I bought these to replace Toyo TR1 on my Golf GTE. I chose them as they are the cheapest ‘famous brand’ tire in this size. Better than the Toyo in grip, handling and only £7 each more. Had Michelin when I bought the car that were very nearly new, these are close to half the price of the Michelin and honestly nearly as good in normal day to day driving. Would buy again.

These tires do exactly as they say. Dry grip is exceptional wet grip well I've had no wheels pin from these tires and they grip hard.
I can't comment on wear as they have been on only a few hundred miles but they are quiet and give responsive handling

A really good performance dry tire, not so sure in the wet as it let go at the rear end on a round about in wet conditions one time. But i'm still getting used to my car which is a M240i so quite powerful and a little tail happy anyway with all that power and torque. Tire widths are the fronts, rears are 245.35.r18. Much more confortable ride than a runflat tire, so no doubt better for the life of suspension parts as well.

Got this tire to change my old Bridgestone Turanza T005A on September 2024. Compared with my old Turanza, there is no big difference between them unless the fuel consumption. With Turanza, my Corolla could achieve 1:14 km/l but with this Powergy only got 1:12 km/l. I think it's because of the pattern. But, overall it's a comfort and good tire for your daily driven car.

I work in a tire shop and sell a few Pirelli tires, bought some for my s max and they are phenomenal, had them on 3 month so far and can’t fault them, wet grip is almost as good as Bridgestones road noise has reduced a lot, will buy again

Bought a used Golf with Powergy's on all 4 corners. 1st impressions were they were quite grippy but roadnoise is really quite loud. Wet grip is decent but not outstanding. Overall I wouldn't buy again especially as these are a fairly high price

I can say that those tires are my first Pirelli's ever and after aprox 23K miles it's time for a change. I still have some tread on them but Ford Mondeo and Pirelli I don't think it's the best combination, especially the 235/19 ones, the MPG is not that great, well actually there are a lot of things to consider.
Overall, compared with the previous ones Continental 6 those ones were much better and probably I would buy them again.

After two seasons and around 10k km with moderate driving rear tires were left with 6mm.

dry grip is good, wet is reasonable, the tread is shallow and they are noisy on the road

The first thing I noticed on these tires was the lack of tread depth when new, used as summer tires they have been used for 2 seasons approx 18,000 miles and are now very close to the wear bars so will likely only get 20k out of them.
They have been good for grip in wet and dry although more recently have felt more unsettled in standing water as the tread has gone down, noisier than my winter tires but perhaps this is to be expected and fuel economy not quite so good as my previous summer tires.
If they were cheaper I would consider again, but given the low tread and the price bracket they sit in I will be looking elsewhere for replacements.

A great tire if you want to do drifting. I never feel in control with these tires.
The worst Pirelli tires I have ever bought. Never again.

After 1 year and 12,000 km, I judge the wear to be average. It should be emphasized that the noise level is absolutely low, the quietest tire for 30 years. The rolling resistance should also be low, since fuel consumption fell by around 0.4 l per 100 km. The only point that could be improved is the slightly soft flanks, which give the car a comfortable touch, but the feedback to the driver leaves a lot to be desired.
