These tires came with my used Tesla model three, so I don't know about treadwear. But what I can say with surety is that, due to wet handling performance (or lack of!), I would never ever buy these tires again. Too dangerous, with sudden traction failure under mild turning force in any but ideal conditions. Also, I'm used to parallel parking by rubber-on-curb feel (think non-performance car), and the fact that the rims actually stick out PAST this tire's sidewall is super annoying, what with a mess of curb rash on my rims now, before getting used to the lack of tire feel.

These tires have some of the worst wet grip I've ever seen in my life. Very dangerous. Apparently longevity is more important than safety with these tires.

These are far from sporty tires, but they behave quite well for a daily driver. I drive a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE, and have logged about 140,000 miles with three separate tires. I've had two sets of Assurances, currently the max life and an older model prior to those. The car came with Eagles. I drive for Uber and my customers are quite pleased with the road noise levels, as am I, and my front wheel drive grocery getter can handle about 42mph on a standard round off ramp in dry conditions, and about 37mph in wet conditions, with no understeer up to that limit. I believe I'm up to about fifty five thousand miles on this set of tires, and am measuring just over 5/32" of tread. If you want more performance, don't buy these tires. But, if you're going to constantly be driving within the confines of the letter of the law, and logging the type of road time reserved for an eternal commute, these are worth the money by every metric. You can get way cheaper tires if you're mounting them on something for your seasonal vacation home, because the tires will age out before you wear them down. But for people who can eat 10/32" within three years (these I believe are warrantied for 80,000 miles), it's money well spent. My stock Eagles were good for thirty to thirty five thousand miles, and cost was similar for a full set of those or these max life's. They obviously were more spirited, but the fully loaded Camry is heavy, and anything but a sports sedan.
