Fitment comes from each tire's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.

How long do tires last on the Citroën C4?

Across 15 end of life reviews from Citroën C4 drivers, a typical set of tires was worn out after 20,000 miles. Half of all worn-out sets lasted between 11,347 miles and 27,962 miles.

Distances are self-reported by drivers whose review marked the set as worn out; figures are medians, so a single unusual report cannot move them.

Very good in dry and wet. excellent in snow. good response and feedback, good braking response. I will probably buy this type of tire again. Better than former Viking.

Michelin CrossClimate 3 225-45-17 Citroën C4 20,000 miles October 25, 2026

Who is reading this review it should know that they are bad in wet condition. I tought that beacause is Michelin they will be great but they are not. In dry they are good but in wet they are losing traction and understeer very easy. I don’t have a powerfull car, is only 120hp. I will not buy this tires again. There are better choices than Michelin at least in the segment of all season

Bridgestone Blizzak LM005 185-65-15 Citroën C4 Picasso (2013 ) 10,000 miles October 21, 2026

For a winter tire wet grio is mist important to, then Snow grip. Excellent experience with these Blizzak LM005 tires. As dry grip has the least difference amongst othrr competetors I ignore that. When snow traction is to low I use Snowchains, usually PEWAG. Normally we take 2 snow holidays to the Austrian or French Alps each year. And a few trip to the Belgium Ardennens on snowy weekends. Tires have not let us diwn once. Snowchains were unused.

Michelin e.Primacy 195-60-18 Citroën C4 42,253 miles October 2, 2026

Overall it was a nice experience. Towards the end of its life, the noise increased a bit and the grip noticeably worsened, especially in the last 5,000 kilometers. I used it in mixed conditions on all kinds of roads. The aquaplaning resistance in wet conditions was incredibly good. It was uncomfortable when pushed hard, but good for daily use. The price is a bit high. I used a Citroen e-C4.

Michelin CrossClimate 2 205-60-16 Citroën C4 Grand Picasso 18,000 miles February 14, 2026
Wonderful tire. I am absolutely impressed after the harsh winter of 2026. I use it in Hungary with summers reaching 40 °C and winters well below freezing (especially in 2026 with several weeks of snow and freezing rain). After 3 years, I must say this the perfect all-year tire for this climate.
Jon claims that some snow grip should be sacrificed for better wet performance, but after this winter, I dare to disagree. Michelin understood that you need every piece of grip in the snow to keep you mobile and safe even in rare winter conditions. This is exactly what makes CC2 a real all-year tire. True, there is some uncertainty in heavy rain, but you can easily manage it with reduced speed. A perfect tire on the dry, limited wear even in summer heatwaves and winter-tire-like capabilities in the snow: a miracle tire indeed.

starting with weak points: squeaks on dry, warm tarmac (my wifes drives them all year long since 3 years), there's no road feeling, on wet are only average. We got the car to drive on snow in the mountains and... oh boy, they are awesome. There's no road, up hill, down hill, when I lost control on snow. They just go. If someone's looking for true winter/mountain tires, should have them. Their durability is also impresive - as I wrote, my wife uses them all year long, more in winter, less in summer, but after 20000 km, much of them on warm, summer days, they are still looking very good.

all weather just of the name. they were strong on wet, decent on dry, even when cold, but on snow they were such bad as regular summer tire. no braking, no grip, no up hill moving. bad.
average wear, pretty loud, wouldn't buy again

Goodyear Eagle Sport All Season 185-65-15 Citroën C4 80,000 miles September 13, 2025
I've driven a total of 80,000 km on two different vehicles with these tires. I highly recommend them. They're no different from the so-called best tires. I only experience short-term problems (3-4 days) during seasonal transitions. When the weather suddenly gets colder or warmer, I feel like the tire can't adapt. This happens during sudden temperature changes of +- 20 degrees. Other than that, the tire has no problems. Even on the toughest snowy surfaces, it held up very well at the top of the mountain. Tires with traction after 30,000 miles show wear. Tires without traction are like new. I highly recommend them. The first picture is the rear tire. The second picture is the front tire.

Stock tire on the Citroën Ë-C4. I was a bit sceptical of the wet performance of an eco-tire, but the ePrimacy have impressed me with very good grip on wet roads.

Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport 215-60-17- Citroën C4 18,000 miles December 10, 2024
Today I bought new winter tires and the mechanic warned me about the wear on my summer tires (Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport). They haven't even reached 30.000 kilometers and yet the wear is kind of extreme. Performance wise, i think they are ok but i don't have a powerful car so i couldn't test the limits. The tire noise is kind of a problem. But as i said the main problem is the wear.
