Hello! Whats the UTQG ratings for those Toyo Proxes R39 in 185/60 r16 size?

Can I use this tire in the UK winter condition?

Yes you can, however the R39 is not a winter tire so it will offer reduced performance as it gets colder, and very poor performance in the snow and ice.

I drive a 2022 MAZDA CX5 2.5T AWD... these Toyo tires wore out in 9600KM... I have never had a tire wear out that fast.
I have carefully maintained the tires, and the tire pressure at 36PSI as recommended. I would NEVER buy TOTO again.. 9600 KM ...NOT MILES... and the tires are worn!
