End of life report - they lasted 20,000 miles on the front of a KA, where other tires have only lasted me ~12,000 miles.

Pretty average dry grip, and wet grip is even worse, but they are awesome snow tires. Must be the big blocky tread pattern.

Replaced with Toyo 350's which have so much more grip wet and dry it's unreal. The toyos are only a few quid more. I'll report back once I know how they're wearing.

The Nexen SB650 in my case is an absolutly fantastic tire. I always insist getting tires with 4 grooves for max steering performance as my car tragically has no PAS and, and another big AND, better distribution of the braking force. This tire is very good in the dry and makes the car handle to its absolute razor tipped edge during "spirited" driving. They wear quite badly though but it just suit the car like cashmere gloves to hands.

At ?33 a tire FITTED I really can't argue with the price. They don't feel quite as grippy as the Falken SN828's that they replaced but they're a bit more comfortable and hopefully they'll last a little longer.

Not the prettiest tire or the grippiest but they're nice and comfortable, perfect for a floaty KA :)

The handling of my Wagon r has improved amazingly after I replaced MRF Z-vts tires with nexen SB 652.. Dry braking has improved many folds and I feel the vehicle in perfect control even above 100s...

Amazing product as of now.. Have to check its durability wrt to wearing..Hope it would also impress me..!!

Wearing really well, really comfortable. Unremarkable tire but nice and cheap

'Bit' of a car nut and have paced this tire under allsorts of conditions. Finished off a front set in around 9,000 miles due to worn outer edges but I do work them hard alot of the time. Rears are blistering on the outer edges after 10,000 and tread is slightly worn.

In the wet the grip levels are modest but feedback and feel is really rather detailed and with no ABS on my car it makes it easy to judge and feel the start of an inside front locking up or the back squirming around. Oversteer is progressive and easy to feel and catch when it gets a bit lairy at speed e.g. 50/60 mph.

In the dry decent grip can be had even when pushing on. During 'highly spritied' driving down lanes etc they let go in a gentle slide when pushed though dont give as much detail as in the wet. Having done a track day with these they lasted 3 sessions at max attack with no sign of wear or noticeable handling change.

Overall a bloody good tire for what it is too be honest. If your after a budget tire and like your driving at all, i'd recommend this!
