2018-06-03 - Hi, We live in the Alpes Maritimes in the South of France and have a Land Rover Freelander 2 4x4. We need a tire that will run mainly in the dry, but that can handle heavy rain and also ice and snow from time to time. This tire comes out top in the Auto Bild SUV All year test, but does badly in the snow and ice according to the ADAC all year test, which places Nexen N Blue All season top. So what do I choose for a 4x4? I have never heard of Nexen. I hope you can help.
The Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons Gen 2 SUV is excellent in the snow and ice, far exceeding a summer tire and on par with some winter tires. I would choose this tire over the Nexen.
