Subjectively, it received positive feedback for its predictable and linear steering feel. While not matching the top performers' overall balance, the Hankook Winter i cept evo3 still offers good performance in many areas.

The Hankook Winter Icept Evo3 was one of the best tires in the snow, which is an important quality for a winter tire, had great grip in the wet with good aquaplaning resistance. It lost out a little in the dry with a 9th placed dry braking result, but it was only 5% off the best. A solid winter tire.
Exemplary / Test Winner.
It's third place for the Hankook Winter I Cept Evo 3, another impressive tire from Hankook, they certainly seem to be on a roll at the moment! The only deficiencies in performance was a high external noise, high rolling resistance, and average dry handling, everywhere else the tire excelled. It had the second shortest dry braking, second fastest wet handling lap with my favorite subjective handling, good wet braking, good aquaplaning resistance, and very good grip in all four snow tests.
