Methodology & Configuration
Scoring Process
  1. Collect Test Data: Gather results from professional tire tests across multiple publications. Minimum 1 test(s) required.
  2. Normalize Positions: Convert test positions to percentile scores using exponential weighting (factor: 1.2).
  3. Apply Recency Weighting: More recent tests are weighted higher with a decay rate of 0.95.
  4. Incorporate User Reviews: Factor in user review data (minimum 5 reviews). Weight: 15%.
  5. Bayesian Smoothing: Apply Bayesian prior (score: 7, weight: 1.5) to prevent extreme scores with limited data.
  6. Calculate Final Score: Combine all components using normalization factor of 1.1. Max score with limited data: 9.5.

Given 83% while driving a Suzuki Swift 1.4 (175/65 R15) on a combination of roads for 15 average miles
Very pleased with the Altenzo Sports Equators on our 2015 Suzuki Swift. Mixture of town and country driving. Really can't fault them. Would certainly buy again.

Given 73% while driving a Subaru Legacy (205/65 R15 H) on mostly motorways for 600 average miles
Awesome tires, despite the fact that they were new in the market and I was skeptical about their performance. They handle very well and are pretty comfortable and stable even at high speeds. Would definitely buy again, but on a bigger wheel.

Given 92% while driving a Ford Focus MK1 (195/60 R15 V) on a combination of roads for 1,500 spirited miles
Cant complain about these 'budget' tires, 30 quid a corner, work very well on a Focus estate diesel, both in the wet and dry! Would'nt put them on my Mitsubishi Evo like. Saying that Does a surprisingly excellent job. Depends what car you put them on I suppose!

Given 100% while driving a Renault Grand Scenic (185/65 R15) on mostly country roads for 12,400 spirited miles
Have driven in all weather conditions with not a thought about these tires and have never once caused me any concern . What more can you ask from a tire . Good in wet and suprisingly quite considering the low price . I feel I have had a bargain and will be buying again .

Check out how the BEST all seasons tires perform against premium summer and winter tires!
Given 95% while driving a Nissan Sentra (205/65 R15 V) on mostly town for 5,000 easy going miles
As good as any brand name tire at a fraction of the cost. Instead of high-tech, I went for the retro muscle car wheel look and these tires look great on alum rims. Makes the car look like a Hot Wheel. Very quiet ride, smooth, good cornering with reduced understeer. Great handling, even during one emergency highway manouevre. Nice summery tread pattern that is completely useless in snow. Insignificant tread wear after 8 months of warm weather use. REALLY happy i got them.
