Best Tires for the Renault Grand Scenic

I'm a normal driver, father of two, so, easy driving. At the end of 2nd season (20000km) only 2mm of rubber left!!!
TOO SOFT for 1650kg car, dunno what else to say. Ill never buy them again.
Dry, wet, breaking... excellent. Durability 0!

I believe tire wear is underrated. I just bought a new pair of Goodyear Vector Gen 3, they have stunningly low wear. If I'll buy the next tires 5 years from now instead of 3 or 4 because the Goodyear has lower wear, that pretty much makes the Goodyear cheaper than most budget tires (price/km).
I had the Goodyear Gen 3 on a Renault Scenic, used them for 20k km with literally no visible wear. We had 2 weeks of snow, my neighbors struggled to get out of the parking lot with cheap winter tires, I had no issues. My father also uses Goodyear Vector Gen 3 on another Scenic and after almost 5 years and 50k km he still has 4.5 mm of the fronts and 5mm on the rears and he says they are still excellent in the snow.
Yes, they are not the best on hot summer days, the lower dry traction and braking makes them squeal easily. They also aren't as quiet as a CrossClimate or a summer Premium Contact 5 or Eco Contact 6. And the steering feels a bit too light with them (when I put them on I felt like the car just got a new power steering).
But they are great in the wet, great in the snow, good enough in the dry and they last longer than any other tire I owned.
I used to run dedicated summer/winter tires, Michelin changed that with the CrossClimate, and Goodyear made sure I won't go back.
Just for reference, I owned:
- Continental Premium Contact 2: 55k km until 2.5mm tread
- Continental Premium Contact 5: 45k km until 2.5mm tread
- Continental Eco Contact 6: 40k km until 3mm tread
- Nokian WR D3: 45k km until 4mm tread
- Nokian WR D4: 35k km until 4mm tread
- Continental TS860: 40k km until 4mm tread
- Michelin CrossClimate: 40k km until 3.5mm tread

Very good tires at a very affordable price.
Comparing it with my previous Toyo Proxes SUV. Initial feel this Giti S2 SUV is better. EV ready tires is made for low noise, better low resistance and better grip.

I have been used Barum Bravuris 5HM which was pretty solid tire for my needs and now theres new model 6HM. Im very dissapointed with tire performance especially when cornering. Tire loose grip very easy. I have never driven tire with this poor handling before. I guess its something about EV ready tire, evey ECO tire is bad for handling.

One of the most slippery tires i used in my 19 years of driving experience. Do not buy this tires! Cheated by workshop that told me it is Scorpion Verde. This is Scorpion Zero.... Dry maybe still controllable.... Wet please drive like a turtle.

The best tire ever! Very good cornering grips. Perfect for braking, wet and dry! I wouldn't change it at all!

Excellent is the word. I use before Pirelli C7, Goodyear F1A2, Kumho PS91... On my new Renault Grand Scenic came with an odd size 195/55/R20 tires.. not much choices of tires to choose from. Decided to change away the rims to Wedssport SA25R with new PZ4 245/45/R20. P Zero model is well known of providing very good handling and grip. This is right and true about it! Grippy tires! Comfort is there, not so bad for a UHP tires. Durability, unknown yet... Too early to say anything. Dry condition is like the whole car sticks onto the ground. Wet condition, no sweat!

First season were the tires good, the second season the tires became very hard, third season the all four tires just peel off... It must be the problem in material (made in russia)... never bought them again...

I have these on a Renault Grand Scenic 150PS, quite heavy car and they feel great. I don't have any grip issues in any weather with my driving style. To be fair on an MPV you don't really push them to the limit. Wear is good, driven 10k miles hardly visible on them. I would definitely buy these again.

Bought two new tires for front wheels on Renault Grand Scenic 3 and the impressions are good. Tire is very good in dry conditions and a little worse on the wet. I drive the car normaly most of the time. Haven't test them on the snow yet, so can't really tell what king of grip to expect. Before HS01 I had HS449, which was also very good in dry conditions but worse in the wet. Also the wear seems to be on the strong side of good expectations from this tire. The price is extremly favorable for a tire of this kind, so I would recommend the HS01 to anyone except for sporty/aggressive drivers. Would buy them again. Recommendable.
