Given 93% while driving a Skoda Octavia GT 193hp (205/50 R17 V) on a combination of roads for 12,000 average miles
In April 2015 I wrote the first review for these tires. After about 17. 000 kms , I think it is high time I wrote a well experienced review. Well, dry grip is very good and never had a problem, wet grip is outstanding and equal to the top premium tires. They are very stable at speeds of 180km/hour and their breaking performance never let me down. Even in snow they were very cooperative in my surprise. The comfort levels is an other “strong” point for these Nexens. Overall, those Tires are ok for my daily needs. Their sidewall is quite soft and this is something you have to cope with. My car, a Skoda Octavia remapped at 240hp with plenty of torque turns hard and make them squeeze while the car rolls on them. So, I keep tire pressure at 36,5-38 psi ( 2.5-2.6 bars ) and still the comfort is ok. Octavia is a front heavy car but the grooves are still at 5.8- 6 mm after 17.000kms, having a 1mm wear (6.8 when they were new. I will never suggest or say to someone to avoid buying a tire model. My experience has taught me that it is a very personal choice and the only I can say is that I never had a problem because of these Nexens, I am completely satisfied and I would buy them again but all these are based on my PERSONAL needs. It is up to the driver to search and find the best for him/her. I hope I have helped you! Drive carefully and remember, your safety is in your hands. Have safe and well driven trips always!!!

Given 80% while driving a Matra Murena (205/50 R15) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
It's hard to find good tires for a Matra Murena. These Nexen tires sit on 15" wheels and perform outstanding. The Murena is a different car than usual with rear-wheel drive and an almost even weight distribution. The Nexen's keeps their grip at the front, even with rainy weather and since they have a rather hard side respons is fast and accurate.

I am very happy with these tires, even if before I had never heard of this Korean and was a bit sceptical.

Given 90% while driving a Hyundai coupe 2.0 gls (205/50 R15) on a combination of roads for 100 easy going miles
Have just mounted a new set and found them giving control, running quiet, giving excellent grip in dry and wet alike with steady straightline tracking and light steering. Pleasantly surprised about the overall performance and pricing. Having driven millions of miles over the years with many different makes of tires, however, cannot judge about their longevity as of yet. With a conservative driving style I have managed to reach 40000~60000km on the average with a set. Time will tell how long this set will last, but my first impression is surprisingly good, giving this type of NEXEN a steady 9 rating for overall performance.

Fitted these tires after running remoulds over last winter. What a difference! Mpg up to 50(ish). Really nice good mannered tire.Quiet on Scottish roads.First time with Nexen.Mainly stuck to premium brands. These trees perform just as good but at half the price. Cannot tell what wear will be like yet.

Given 96% while driving a Mazda 626 (195/60 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 10,000 spirited miles
Absolutely brillant! After 10000 miles tires still keep the comfort. Wet and dry drive is excellent. I used them in snowy road and surprisingly good at snow. I will but it again or try next model.

Given 67% while driving a Fiat Grande Punto 1.3Multijet 75bhp (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 15,000 spirited miles
After 15000miles (20000km) tires have changed in their attitude. First 10000miles were very good both wet & dry, but after that mark went through, even though the thread is still looking good - they started getting slips on wet surface. Please note - this isn't a drastic change, but a change for worse either way... They are good in dry&wet conditions - just that they were obviously better when new. Most tires I've had so far were very good till hitting the 2-3mm thread, and here we are talking about a 5-6mm front 6-7mm rear thread. I hope they will not change any more - will do a comment after ending the tires in two years time...

Comfort - quite bad. Its not that they are very noisy, but You feel everything on the road - and no, the tires are not overpumped. Also with nominal pressure for my car - the tires look as if they are "flat". Easy to hit the rim when driving through kerbs. The sides of the tires are very slim, probably through weight reduction You get better economy, but the tire doesn't give enough protection for the rim, and makes the tire go "flat" with nominal pressure.

Given the price the tire isnt all that bad, wear could be a bit better, but then again dry&wet handling would suffer. The best thing about these tires is that they are just made for highway driving - this is the first tire for my car that helped with keeping a straight line when driving - the thread somehow makes the car keep driving straight instrad of going left-right with every wind gust on the highway.

Given 87% while driving a BMW 525 TDS (225/55 R16) on a combination of roads for 8,000 average miles
Very good tires! I was a bit sceptic at the time of purchase (I chose them because I don't do very high mileage with my personal car and didn't want to spent a lot of money as I change tire sets every 3 years) but at the end of the day i was very happy with my purchase. Excellent grip in the dry, pretty good in the wet as well, but the best is the very low noise and the ride quality - they are SUPERB and my tires are XL ! The wear seems to be very good as well. If NEXEN doesnot change the N'Blue line till next summer tires change I will definetely buy them again, or I will try the next model

Given 82% while driving a Ford Mondeo Mk3 1.8 (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 5,000 average miles
These are my first Nexen tires. Handling with these is good on dry and wet, I had no complaints about this. Nexen N'Blue HD Plus also keeps good grip on heavy rain and pushes water out of the way. Braking feels very efficient and grippy. Comfort is okay and noise level is average. Cannot review wear rate with this little kilometers.

These may not be the best for heavy cornering, because on the 'edge' they act abit vague (Note 60% profile), so I'm not sure where the grip ends and slipping begins. Light cornering goes good, thought. Nexen price/quality -ratio goes between china-tires and premium-tires. Nexens are more than sufficient for everyday driving and a good purchase if you are looking for a basic good tire.

Given 89% while driving a Skoda Octavia (195/65 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 600 average miles
Very good tires. Silent and excellent wet grip. I highly recommend, especially for the price they have. I only drove for about 600 miles, mostly on dry roads, but had a few hours on wet roads and the car stopped surprisingly well.

Given 100% while driving a Audi 80 2.0E Sport (195/60 R14) on mostly country roads for 3,000 spirited miles
Absolutely brilliant. Very good price, amazing grip wet and dry. Fitted to an old Audi which is very front heavy and is prone to understeer, never had any understeer or lack of grip since fitting and the car gets driven hard.
