Wanted a nice solid tire with a particular focus on low rolling resistance. These Ecocontact 6s are quite nice. They are comfortable and quiet. The grip is unreal in comparison to the mishmash of Triangle, Yeada, Fronway, and iLink L-Grip (inspiring name) that the previous owner of this car decided to rock. These tires are much more planted and I no longer engage ABS while braking for the traffic lights in the wet :)

These tires were fitted from factory on my Megane. They do not excel in any category, the steering feels numb, dry grip is let's say average, wet grip is weak, noise level not great either. Honestly, my winter tires, Vredestein Wintrac Pro feel safer in the dry and wet compared to the Conti Eco Contact 6. Despite the low amount of grip, wear is high, after 3 seasons they need replacing. I really can't find any strong points for these tires. Maybe rolling resistance, allthough I don't see differences in fuel consumption compared to the winter tires. Would not recommand these tires. They are priced as premium tires, but they really feel more like budget tires to me. Maybe they would do ok on a small car that only drives around town.

These tires should not be put on cars purchased in Great Britain, no good for our climate with roads cold and wet most of the year, mine only lasted 15 months

These came standard on our secondhand 2 y/o Lynk & Co 01 phev with 16k kms, and are the first/factory fitted tires. They will likely be finished after 23k kms, according to our garage mechanic. Since we did 3k of those projected 23k, it's difficult to offer any long time judgement. But for the 4k we've had them here in the Netherlands and during our French holiday, they were decent, but not great. They favor new and pristine asphalt, and handle a bit better in a warm and dry environment, wet and cold aren't its favorite circumstances.

I bought my car brand new. Continental has good road holding and good braking, but the tires are worn out after 20 thousand km. I think they are worn out early.

It's not a bad tire performance wise, very good grip on corners at high speeds on country highway, wet grip is mediocre, when starting from an uphill traffic light, it skids easily. And the tread durability is very concerning. It came with only 6.5mm tread new and with only 7000km on those tires they have shown very obvious wear. I probably won't buy them again as I drive a lot and these have bad durability, however if you don't drive a lot it's a decent performing tire.

Fitted on Kia Niro in Aprl 2023, the tires are comfortable, a bit noisy and they wear fast. I don't know about wet grip but the dry grip is avg.

Being a Conti I expected the tire to be a lot better than this, it was a very middle of the road tire, and fairly noisier than expected. Wear was terrible 13 months and +/- 22k and they worn it, on a car that an EV (granted the weight ) that is used as a family city car 98% of the time. Hardly ever driven hard.

Comfort high ,price is ok,Aquaplaning good,handling wet and dry good,negative is tread life,they have A fuel consumption and wet grip,and "sacrifice" tread life of the tire,overall is a good tire.

While they have good grip on dry and wet and good fuel consumption, wear is poor. Despite rotation the front is now after less than 15000 miles down to 3mm and back 4mm. Also, one of the tire has a split on the side (I have rather gently hit the kerb but the split is on the opposite side with no sign of external contact at this point) so I need to replace them. As they were fitted to a new car I have not checked the initial tread high, but if indeed it is only 6.5 - this is another reason to avoid them. I suppose, if the initial tread was as on other tires, they would not wear so quickly.

Fitted as standard on my wife’s a180, not exactly a powerhouse of a car, the traction is really not great and the wet grip is awful. Swapping from my son’s Clio on Michelin cross climate with similar mileage is like night and day. Mercedes is great car spoiled by these awful tires.

Dry grip is below average traction off line is the worst(0 out of 10), can't stop spinning wheels, wet grip is poor don't drive when raining I found my self sideways many times, Comfort is good in a perfect road however it makes you feel every imperfections in the road. Feedback is very good, response delay is well. Wear is very slow, they will go at least 40k kms. About 5 mm at 25k kms. When new they were around 6mms. Fuel efficiency best 10 out of 10, but tires spin quick:( I don't recommend this tire unless it's are free.
