The Bridgestone Turanza 6 finished joint 4th overall, mainly because it was 1st in rolling resistance. In braking it was mid-pack in both wet and dry, but in the wet it gave away a lot of time compared to the top tires and my notes mention a lack of bite when turning and braking, plus a couple of hydroplaning moments. In the dry it felt touring-focused with understeer and a step down in grip once hot. If efficiency is your priority it makes sense, but it's not a wet performance choice in this group.

Bridgestone’s Turanza 6 does not achieve a good safety rating because of imprecise steering and heat sensitivity on both dry and wet roads; it tends to under- or oversteer early despite good braking. Nonetheless, its environmental performance is good, featuring very high predicted mileage, low abrasion, low weight and low fuel consumption. Therefore the tire is recommended primarily for drivers who prioritize longevity and efficiency over sporty handling.

The Bridgestone Turanza 6 provides good grip and safe handling, though its lateral grip isn't the best. The Bridgestone's aquaplaning resistance is poor, with aquaplaning coming far too quickly. It's safe and easy to drive on dry roads, but the front tires of the Bridgestone Turanza 6 lose grip a bit too quickly during evasive maneuvers. The test result is saved by the Bridgestone's extremely low rolling resistance (best in test), making it particularly good for electric cars. The Bridgestone Turanza 6 is also very quiet. It scored 8.9 points for fourth place.

The new Bridgestone Turanza 6 achieves only a satisfactory rating in driving safety due to minor weaknesses on both dry and wet roads. On dry roads, it fails to provide the necessary steering feedback, making it somewhat difficult for drivers to accurately adjust the steering angle for curves as required for a good rating. Its handling at the limit is also rated as just satisfactory, although it does secure a good rating for its braking distance. On wet surfaces, the Bridgestone Turanza 6 shows slight weaknesses, with its wet performance also deemed satisfactory within the test group. While it receives good marks in aquaplaning tests, these are not enough to offset its satisfactory performance in braking distance measurements and wet handling ability, where it offers a medium level of grip and suboptimal combination of longitudinal and lateral forces. In terms of environmental impact, the new Bridgestone Turanza 6 achieves a clearly good result. Its projected mileage and wear are rated as good, and it also records a good efficiency rating. However, it falls short of receiving good ratings in external noise and sustainability.
