Hit 5/32in after 30k miles and 4 years. I drive slow and gentle around northeast usa. Snow and slush traction during winter is pretty bad, so main reason I'm not buying these again. Sure it's All-Weather not a Winter Tire, but there are better All-Weather than these, so doesn't make sense.

Fitment comes from each tire's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.
How long do tires last on the Hyundai Elantra?
Across 17 end of life reviews from Hyundai Elantra drivers, a typical set of tires was worn out after 24,000 miles. Half of all worn-out sets lasted between 18,600 miles and 30,000 miles.
Distances are self-reported by drivers whose review marked the set as worn out; figures are medians, so a single unusual report cannot move them.

What Hyundai Elantra drivers say
The most recent owner reviews from this car, in their own words.
Excellent grip in the snow both compact snow and loose snow. Some slip when accelerating in deep loose snow but can always get going. Ice grip is great with some poor grip on ice when braking and some spin when accelerating. Dry grip is fine with a little bit of road noise but not incredibly loud noise and might not be noticeable to the average consumer. Wet grip is fine as well with no aquaplaning experienced. Tread life has been the biggest outlier with it still have 8/32" of tread after nearly 8 years and 40k miles spread over those 8 years. Though they are fitted on a very light vehicle. Would buy again if they were still made or go to the newest model. But I think I will be buying studded snow tires for my next set as ice is common in my area of living.
Excellent value-for-money. Performs as well as my previous Michelin Primacy.
I'm using these tires for the last 2 years and I'm around 50k km od 31k miles. The picture Im posting is taken on the day of this review. From my experience I can confirm everything that currently describes this tire: Excellent wet grip and braking with strong confidence in rain/greasy conditions
Comfortable ride quality with good bump absorption
Low noise/refined cabin compared with many previous tires
Capable cold-weather and light-to-moderate snow performance for an all-season
Good overall stability and predictable behavior
Often reported as strong/slow treadwear and good longevity
Good traction under acceleration (reduced wheelspin)
Decent efficiency/rolling resistance (some report improved MPG).
Even after 51k km, they look good enough for at least one more year.
Overall, I would buy again if they lasted longer, but I guess thats the price you pay with a tread wear rating of 240. fairly soft. Photo is during the track day, shame the crush rock car park surface makes it hard to see the wear.
I have read pretty good reviews online for the super sport 2 model and decided to try this out as it is a UHP tire. I am really impressed with the dry and wet grip, and the overall comfort and quiet ride! They give me the confidence to drive faster on rainy days, treads on water puddles without much drama. They can definitely compete with other premium brands like continental in terms of grip and comfort.
Wear is good, have used them for more than 110,000km with tire rotation @ every 10,000km and they seem to be able to last at least another 10,000km! However, I can hear a little humming sound coming from the tires already. May decide to change them out earlier if the sound gets louder.
Will definitely consider changing to another new set of mastersteels!
