Citroën Saxo 1.5D Tire Review Highlights

Writing about the Yokohama BluEarth Es ES32 given 76% (175-65-14-)

These tires are great, low noise, comfortable over bumps and no cracks at all after 3 years of driving on them. Braking on dry is good however when the tire was abit more than halfway worn it started to skid when raining, now they are almost down to the threadwear bars and when raining you might aswell be driving with no brakes, because if you hit the brakes abit harder than normal they start to slide everywhere. But on the other hand they are worn now. They were abit expensive as a tire, they lasted me 50k kms. Not going to buy them again for the reason of wet grip.

I bought these to replace the OE fit Michelin Energy's. They seem quieter that the Michelins and I've not noticed any loss in fuel economy despite them being a lower rating that the Michelins. Overall they feel good in wet and dry conditions and the rides is smooth too. I'd probably buy them again if I can get a good price on them next time.

Best tire for this car! Tried BF goodrich also. BFG are uncomfortable, dont last as Michelin ES, wet grip is not good as it is at Michelin ES.
