Given 78% while driving a Subaru BRZ (245/40 R17) on mostly motorways for 2,000 average miles
I bought these after about a month of searching for 245 wide tires that won't explose my budget, since I wanted some more meat under my BRZ. The sidewall feels softer than my previous set, but it's probably only due to the increased size (going from 215 on a 7in to a 245 on a 9in). Overall the tire has great grip, wether its cold, warm or wet. Tried a single session on them at a local racetrack, and they held very well! No understeer or oversteer even after pushing. I do have a slightly aggressive alignment, which may help. Overall its a great tire for a fun daily driver, maybe not as good as the top dogs in the UHP category, hopefully after some more miles they still shine.

Bare in mind before you read this review, I had these tires on a 170 HP VW, so I might not have the most fair review... but man these tires rock. I can never break traction in the dry, and almost never do in the wet. Only complaint is they don't last at all.

Given 87% while driving a Alfa Romeo 159 (225/50 R17) on mostly motorways for 30,000 easy going miles
I had these tires on my previous car (2011 Alfa Romeo 159 SW 2.0 JTDm). I sold it about 1 month ago. As it is still fresh in my memory, a wrote this review. The Falken Azenis FK510 is fantastic! Maybe not the best for rolling resistance so fuel economy, but not bad either. If my new car (2018 Mazda 6 SW 2.0 Skyactiv-G 165) needs new tires, chances are it will be Falken. Maybe I will try the new FK520 then.

There's a new all season tire, can it be best?!
Given 68% while driving a Volkswagen Golf MK7 R 300 BHP (235/35 R19) on a combination of roads for 0 average miles
Coming from a set of touring tires fitted by the previous owner, I immediately noticed how much better they felt on the road. Road feedback and grip was greatly improved. Potholes can be a bit crashy (35 profile on 19inch wheels), but I've found that dropping the tire pressure (1-2 psi) can help. However these do provide a quiet ride on most road surfaces and are relatively inexpensive down here in Australia.

Given 80% while driving a Honda Stepwgn (225/40 R19) on mostly town for 12,000 easy going miles
I really like this tire. I have 19x8 aftermarket Japanese wheels fitted to my family (8-seater) people mover and almost all of the driving is around town with school runs, shopping, weekend outings and the occasional road trip to another city or town. Unlike many others who choose a tire of this size and model for daily driving a performance car, my main concern was wet ability and noise. For both of these aspects, I find these tires to be excellent. After over 13,000 miles on these I still have a lot of tread left and by rotating the tires I will be able to maximise their lifespan. I find them to be quiet and relatively comfortable, and would have another set without hesitation.

All i can say is WOW. Not really a fan of Falkens. After my Michelin Ps4s wears, tire shop highly recommended me to try this Fk510. After much thought i gave it a try. Driving out the shop i could instantly feel the comfort. Otw home, the rough roads suddenly now became less noisy n less harsh. Was really impressed. So i thought mybe its a comfort tire with not much grip. But i was wrong. This tire corners like its on rails. Tried during heavy rain or on dry roads, not a single screech. N after using it for this long, the tires are still as comfortable n grippy like the day i bought it. Falken has really did an excellent job. Kudos!

Given 73% while driving a Alfa Romeo 1.9 JTD M (225/40 R18) on mostly country roads for 0 average miles
I bought these tires because of their good feedback and the competitive price compared to other brands. The previous tires were a Michelin PS4 which are excellent. On the Falkens I feel less objectivity in the corners due to the sidewalls of the tire having the softer rubber. They are more comfortable than the PS4 but I miss the stiffness when cornering. So far I've done a few miles, but I'm sure because it has a good grip and soft rubber, I don't know if it's going to be very long. Behavior in the rain I can't complain, they are good. In the end it's a good tire. Price quality is very good.

Given 66% while driving a Mazda 5 (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 13,000 average miles
Using this on a Mazda 5 CW MPV (approx 1.5Ton). Save your trouble on reading stories, i summarised this for you. -Dry handling good 8/10, -wet handling -8/10 Drive over huge puddles when the car about 90kmh on roads, repels water well, and pretty grippy, but it gets not so good after the tire wears out. -roadfeedback - Good, can feel cracks and telling me if they are slipping or not. handling is pretty good, i can feel the feedback relatively well, side walls isnt too firm, so i feel abit of tire wobble when i amd doing corners. (comparing to AD08r, i know, not the same category) Comfort wise, its is not very quiet, but i feels comparing to ps4, i think its quieter.. So i feel its pretty good. Wear- i have clocked about 20k km, my front is almost worn out, starting to look alternatives now... (gotta try something new)

Given 80% while driving a Honda Civic Type S (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 3,000 spirited miles
Great tire, great in the wet, but they hate standing water, had some terrible experiences aquaplanning , wear is Avarage driving worn down in 18 months, dry braking can be challenging,.. also side wall cracking with 8 months which was a worry, good road feel, going to test the fk520 next and hoping for good results. Overall a good cheaper alternative tire.

Better than pzero nero gt, On my car are superb, the wear it is ok, they have like 5.5-6mm after 17k km, in two seasons, now it is the 3 season, and they hold very well. I am very happy with them.
