Volkswagen Caddy Tire Review Highlights
The first thing I noticed with the tires was the comfort. The ride is really smooth now.
Noise is low as well.
Comparing the handling to Contential All Season Contact 2, these tires was a more firmer ride over uneven roads but handling quite good.
Last year I had Nokian Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5, they were just amazing on ice and snow, since they updated the compound towards wet and lost a bit traction on snow and ice. I didn't want to take a chance on buying them again.
I got the Goodyears tires, am happy with the tires. Good to try out other brands.
Would I recommend Goodyear Ultra Grip 3? Yes! Prices are good.
Would I buy again? If there was no other tire with better snow and ice grip yes.
Highest speed limit in my area is around 100km/h (around 62mph)
I got 7 mm left on all tires. (manufactor says I should have 2,7bar front and 2,9 bar back, but when having that the front tires worn out really quickly and the back are like new so I changed to 2,6bar to all tires, seems to work fine)

Was going to do a end of time review, but i am doing a mid life again.
Rotated the tires once, front has just under 4,5 mm left and back has around 5mm of tread left.
Very good wear on it, felt like a precise tire when ever you steered you knew which direction you had a tire.
There were no efforts to drive with them.
Noise and comfort were good.
The tires were very excelent in dry and wet
In snow they were good. I haven't tired them in ice.
I had to replace the tires to nordic winter tires because we drive around in all kind of places in the region were there is a lot of snow and ice.
Saftey comes fist.
A very solid tire!
P.S I would only use all season tires in moderate climate. (Always check with the manufacturer what temperature range they can handle.)

First time I tried all season tires, I got these tires because were I live we have a more moderate weather in spring, summer and autumn.
But I wanted to be secure into autumn before winter, the temperature can drop too 0 degree (celius) in the night to mornings. (Don't worry, we always get nordic winter tires in the winter).
They aren't for sporty tires, feel secure in dry and wet weather.
Low noise, good comfort.
We had some torrential rain, were you could barley see the road more then 200-500 meters infront of you, full of water on the road.
The tires felt steardy, car stable. Something else I've notice as well, might have done with that I am not used too premium tires, but when it hasen't rained for a long time, and it does rain, the roads here usually get very slippery esp in the turns.... Don't feel it anymore.
The front tires has 5,2 mm left and back tires around 6 mm.
Still mid August right now, will make a new update closer too winter on the end life of the tires.

I would class these tires as downright dangerous! When first fitted I felt as if the car was floating or drifting on the road, not a comfortable feeling. They don't stop in wet weather and aren't much better in dry weather. Removing after 3000km. Advise to spent the extra £10-20 per wheel to get something decent.

Tires were handling fine although I haven't tried other tires with this vehicle. Wear was extreme!! Totally worn out after 29000 km under mild driving behaviour and not a particularly high load.

One of the best tires for nordic weathers. I felt very safe and confident when using these tires. Drive according to the weather and traffic rhythm. Speed limits and keep your distance when driving. Excellent tires!

Was very disappointed to find VW had fitted these tires to my new 2024 Caddy. Handled ok in wet and dry conditions. Drove across some level grass outside a job and got stuck on the flat. Even worse in snow, had no confidence taking it out if there’s a chance of snow. Changed the tires after 7000 miles. I would never recommend these tires

worst tires ever, slipping when accelerating in the rain, a little snow and I was stuck after two meters while my neighbor on summer tires could leave and very worn after 12000 km despite a calm driving style. unworthy of four seasons or snowflake

The VW Caddy has pretty poor traction and this Michelin tire makes the car dangerous on bends on wet roads. On dry roads, the comfort is appreciable as is its correct road holding. On snow, this tire got me out of situations where I would not have been able to drive with summer tires given the poor traction of my vehicle.

These tires came with the car, really good. Good comfort, low noise levels.
I bought them because they had an sealent that would be good against punctures but this year we didn't get any nails or screw, so we never got to try out if they held.
Felt secure on rainy days, while the treads worns out the more we reduce the speed on wet roads.
Half of the life of the tires we rotated them.
We could probably have them on for 12427 miles more, but colder weahter is coming!

Great tire's, everything is amazing.
But, they wear very quickly.. Even though I rotated tire's, did alignment often etc...
