I had the tires on my 2005 diesel vw bora for over 6 years. Ran them all year both in the city, during cross-Europe trips and in severe winter conditions. They wore well (put around 50.000 km on them). They made my car snap oversteer twice, once on wet pavement, once on dry pavement while breaking in a corner at about 70 km/h. They seamed to sit on the sidewall for a while before gripping in a reassuring manner on dry pavement.

Got these tires about three and a half years ago and at first they were comfortable and quite good in dry conditions. In wet conditions they were a bit worse, but on ice they were awful - sliding at low speeds. After about 20000 miles they started to slide awfully on wet roads and just were not safe to drive anymore. Changed them after an accident - went into a corner at about 20-25 mph and the road was barely wet, but the car lost traction and swerved I into the curb. Drove home and ordered new tires - Vredenstein Quadrac which are supposedly great in wet conditions so I'll be doing a review on those tires pretty soon too.
This set of tires has been really poor performance and durability, specially on wet surfaces It was clear that they don't have the adequate design. They lasted not even 50% than others in the same range.

DO NOT BUY . 1100 MILES OF DRIVING AND NEED REPLACED . I drive a 2002 vw bora 1.9tdi . No wheelspin , no fast driving , no chucking it round corners . Bought 4 June/ July 2018 . Fitted onto new wheels 5th August 2018 . It's 26th Sept 2018 and I now need to go replace the two front tires. Already down to tread wear indicators. £72 ish per tire I paid . Would have been better off with part worn tires . Would have lasted longer .
I purchased these tires as i had some budget constraints and couldnt really afford to go with anything else, prior to these i had Goodride SV308 which was not a great tire, a friend of mine told me to try the Linlong's as he was also using them so i gave them a shot expecting a mediocre tire and instead i was pleasantly surprised..the car changed dramatically, cornering was now excellent, overall ride quality much softer and there was considerably less noise while on the highway, The roads here in Chile are terrible but these tires have surprisingly escaped intact from some pretty vigorous driving and potholes. my car is lowered on H&R Sports suspension and the ride quality remains comfortable. havent really tried them in the wet as it doesn't rain often here. overall very happy with the purchase and performance of these tires.
I bought 4 tires one year ago.i drove 23 000 miles with them.now i noticed very bad cracks between threads along the tire.supposed to last longer.no value for money paid.i do not recommend this tires
Ran these for a year before selling the car. Day to day driving in all conditions, from motorways, towns and a good few miles on back country roads they were fine. Couldn't tell any difference between the Vectors and the summer tires they replaced. Good wet handling, good aquaplaning, and you'd only really know they weren't a premium summer when pushing them hard and regularly.
In ice and snow they were brilliant. On the usual UK mix of untouched, first one out snow and the slushy, semi re-frozen mess they gripped and gripped. Handled hills in the snow without issue. The only time they lost grip was braking to a stop on 2 inches of ice - they took a bit longer than normal to stop. Short of studded tires I wouldn't have expected instant braking in any winter tire.
Overall a brilliant tire to throw on and know you're covered in all conditions.

Great tire for the money and excellent in the wet/slippy greasy roads
With these tires there is no room for error. You must be a confident experianced driver to use these as they are terrible. Yes they are cheap but for an extra £10 a corner you could get far better and less dangerous. If the road is wet you can end up anywhere going through a roundabout or even a easy turning corner. I have had to correct the car many times with these tires.
