Fitted 4 of these to my VW Caravelle. I needed a load rating of at least 101. These were 102’s so no problem. All was well for about 6k miles and then very similar to another review on same vehicle type, started to get a vibration similar to unbalanced wheel. Very difficult to see when fitted but inner side wall just full of bubbles. 3 of the 4 tires went like this. Would not recommend for VW Transporter based on my experience

Started having an issue with judder from nearside front on a long trip to South coast, thought I had wheel balance issue.
Took it into a local garage on my return only to find huge bulges on the inside edge of tire, could have been nasty at 70mph plus!!!
Bought this VW Transporter with these crappy Powertrac Cityracing tires from a V.W. dealership in Leeds which I am a little surprised about.
Having tires changed immediately and will try sending an invoice to the V.W. dealership to cover the cost.

I'm on my 2nd set of these tires and i must say for the price thay are brilliant the price is over half what you would usually pay I won't be buying any other tire from now on

No option but to give bottom scores on everything for this tire. I'm a small motor trader so I tend to see a fair few different brands and models of tires come in, these were freshly fitted on an E53 X5 I bought in from auction.

On the drive back, the tires felt fine - not particularly noisy, not the *worst* tires I've ever driven on, but push the car a little and you could feel them give out pretty quickly.

However, on the journey back, I started to notice a grumble from the front left - which I assumed was a wheel bearing - until I then heard the same noise coming from the opposite corner. Got the car back to work, popped it onto the ramp, and got the joy of seeing first hand an almost continuous bulge having developed on two of the tires, with small bulges already apparent on the other two - for context, these tires were correctly inflated, less than a year old on DOT codes and the manufacturer paint markings were still just about visible - avoid these tires like the plague as from reading reviews on here, this isn't the first instance of these Powertrac tires doing something like this.

I had the same issue as the reviewer above. All 4 tires have large bubbles on the inside wall. My van dealer has gone back to the manufacturer and they have denied responsibility. I am now looking at taking this to legal as the tires had only done 10k miles. Avoid this brand like the plague, they are a danger to road users.

This set of tires has been really poor performance and durability, specially on wet surfaces It was clear that they don't have the adequate design. They lasted not even 50% than others in the same range.

I recently bought a brand new transit custom with 20inch rims. I’m Totally aware that the sizes arnt ideal however after 5000 miles I had 2 blowouts on the fronts. Costing me over £700 to call out emergency tire replacements. I don’t drive erratically or fast ( luckily ) and am disgusted with the situation. On both occasions I was driving on normal road surfaces and well under speed limits ( luckily ). I’ve since read reviews on the powertrac tires and reviews are very concerning about this manufacturer. On both tires the inner side wall has literally just popped. I’ve not even done 5000 miles yet. Stay away from this manufacturer. I’ve also contacted my van supplier and suggested they don’t fit their vehicles with this product. It turns out the tires are relatively cheap but look good. Which is no hood to anybody if they randomly pop and breakdown with minimal use. Awful

I have never seen anything like this......absolute trash!!!!!!Yes after 25000km there was maybe 1-2 mm on the tree.However there were large bubbles on the inside of the tires which I have never seen..It wasnt just a bad wheel......It happened to all 4.....one wheel had a bubble almost the size of your fist....... Thank god it didn't pop when my family were in it.......May take this matter legal!!!!!!

These came with a Golf GTI I bought from a non main dealer, suspect the dealer put them on there just to be able to sell the car. Oh my god, I have never experienced such a bad set of tires. Even under very little throttle input the tires would spin in the dry. Thankfully I didn't get to experience these tires in the wet properly and I suspect these would be just dangerous. Avoid these and get a better brand.

Came on my car when purchased as a cheap front set to make it legal. From the off, the dry handling was bad and wet handling was even worse. Aquaplaning resistance was terrible and the braking performance dangerous. Do not trust the reviews on other websites, people buying cheap have low expectations. Replaced with Hankook Kinergy 4S2 all round and everything has improved immeasurably. Haven’t reviewed the wear as can’t give an accurate account, not on the car long enough.
