Greate dry grip but the noice and ware where subpar, the cabin noice was measured at 71db witch is very loud in an electric car in my opinion.

Loved the grip but would probably not buy again.

    Although it has really good grip, it takes a lot of temperature to get that grip on dry roads.
    On the other hand the wet grip is grate even when cold.
    In both conditions it is very predictable when up to temperature witch gives a lot of confidence when pushing it on fun back roads.

    Unfortunately they degrade very fast, thus far I have been driving them for about 800km and there is only about 3mm of tread depth left from the 7.5mm when new.

    Overall it's a fun tire with alot of feedback, but I would not recommend it unless you want to buy new ones every summer.

I drive my BMW I7 xDrive60 like a little old lady and the Yokohama’s wore out in less than 10,000 miles. In addition, they are “proprietary” to BMW dealers and you can’t buy them anywhere else. I went with Pirelli PZ4 tires. Can get them at Costco. MUCH quieter, more comfortable ride. They also wear out quickly, perhaps a bit less quickly than the Yokohama’s, but the mileage you do get is much more enjoyable on the Pirelli’s.

These tires are very good for hard sporty driving and even for some track days. I had them on my 470 hp, 1.7 t RWD car and did multiple track days with them. For street use, you need to put some heat into them first for them to start working properly, but once warmed up, they become very grippy tires. Also, many reviews mention that they have a properly stiff sidewall and very direct steering. I have to say it's not bad, but from my experience, it was not quite as perfect as the reviews made it sound.

I drive in the lake district, so weather is pretty irratic. Lots of rain. My i30n in the dry is glued to the road, the yokohamas are not noisy at all, and they give so much feedack. They are good in the wet but not as convincing as the dry. They are far better than the pirellis fitted as standard. I have always found yokohamas to be fantastic in dry conditions, agaonst many different brands. They are just not as good as others wet and dry. But dry, nothing can touch them. The car is so predictable at the limit.

Dry handing, steering, and grip is fantastic for this price. This is definitely a street tire but still fun on track. Comfort was good. Wet grip was acceptable but very understeer biased on a 1 series

I've had Michelin Pilot Sport 4s in 19" and 18" and both times the Tires were amazing but the price is allways high. and the Advan Sport V107 didn't cost so much and deliverd amazing results in the dry with great grip in corners and braking but in the wet they are not better then the PS4s particularly when its colder they can lose grip alittle bit and aquaplaning is a problem at 50% tirelife.
but overall its a great Tire with good grip and direct steering responds.

Went for the Yokohama after Hankooks, which they are the best for me price/quality/comfort and regret it, as they stiffer on drive, and much much noisy, will transfer a bad quality road onto the car avoiding suspension even using pressure of 2,2 bar front and 2,4 rear, although it was recommended by the local tire shop, for their quietness. Dry weather driving it's no sweat for them, but on a little rain they will be spinning when you driving off if you just little harder on accelerator pedal. 265 here on rear wheel drive, no crazy driving, automatic BMW 730d G11.

At 9000 plus miles dealer said they needed to be replaced?? Others looked and said they were bald.
Never ran the car fast.

These tires came on my 2024 BMW I7 xDrive60 that I ordered with 19” wheels. This is an all electric drive car for those who may not know. Honestly, on ribbon smooth, relatively newly paved roads, the tires are nearly silent. However, on a recent 1200 mile road trip to Northern California, when worn pavement surfaces were encountered, at highway speeds of 60 to 75mph, the tires absolutely ROARED, making the interior of this very luxurious sedan VERY uncomfortable. I’m not talking about hitting a “rough patch,” I’m talking about areas where the noise was constant for MILES on end! If I encountered such roads on a daily basis, I would immediately replace these tires with another brand. However, where I live in South Orange County, I rarely encounter such road surfaces. I believe that these tires were not fully vetted by BMW and should not have been chosen as standard equipment for this marvelously quiet sedan. BMW should have Pirelli or Continental produce a “bespoke,” ultra premium tire for this very special, ultra luxurious sedan of theirs.

These tires have only lasted me a year on approximately 12k miles. Absolutely shockingly bad wear for a premium tire. I won't be buying them again.
