Honda Civic Diesel Tire Review Highlights
After watching the all season review on Youtube 2024/25, for the first time in 17 years of driving, I bought all season tires. I replaced 2 worn summer tires and put them on the front axle for the fall/winter of 2025. I was immediately surprised they drove much more comfortable than any other summer tire I drove (mostly driven Goodyear/Michelin). However, they're a little bit more noisy on concrete roads than the summer tires. As stated in the review, the grip levels on wet and dry (colder temps) are very close to a summer tires. Grip in snow is amazing and comparable with premium winter tires. As temperatures started climbing above 15 degrees, I switched them with the summer tires (Primacy 4+) on the rear axle, and noticed a big difference on the response time when cornering with summer tires instead of the all seasons. As a car enthusiast, I highly recommend these tires for fall/winter weather, but when it comes to fun summer driving, they lack a bit of responsiveness.

I drive civic 2005 on city roads in Bulgaria. I’ve been driving 3 summers these kumhos. They are good on the dry roads, fuel efficient too and have a good price. They are good for NORMAL DRIVING and I’m happy with them. Not so good on wet roads.

I had limited budget and I study abot two weeks wich tires I will buy...read many tests and I choose Kumho ps71 after Pirelli p7 cinturato.I will just say this tire is underrated.Excellent dry grip and very good wet grip, handling and noise.I love this tire after 20k km and sure I want buy them again. My car is Civic mk8 hatchback.

Great tires for the price, good feedback, holds the road great in all weather conditions. Would not hesitate to use these tires again!

I live in Belgium and those tires were the standard tires fitted on my car when i bought it in 2019. Ever since, i rebought them because they were excellent in pratically every aspect of everyday driving.
They have an excellent grip on dry roads even very badly damaged roads with lots of bumps and potholes, various road surface from tarmac to a mix of vaguely formed road which you can encounter in Belgium. Road temperature doesn't affect much the comportement of the tire and thus the car itself except when you drop below 0°C which you can feel a bit of adherence loss but it's very marginal.
On wet roads the same behavior is felt, you got a lot of grip even on oily road. My only complain is on highway with heavy rain i've felt that the grooves have difficulties to evacuate the water which increases the risk of aquaplaning. I've never been worried about losing control of my car though. This situation only happens at 100 - 110 km/h on really badly soaked roads.
Road feedback is excellent and handling is top noch.
The wear is a bit of a weakpoint which depend on stand point. I did in average 30.000 to 35.000 km with every sets of tires. 30.000 for the front one since it's a traction and 35.000 for the rear. Comfort is good but they are a bit noisy 80db if i remember correctly.
To conclude, I had never used continental tires, I only had Michelins in the past, but it is clear that these are also very good or even better than Michelins. Besides, I now only buy Continentals which are slightly cheaper than Michelins.

Bought 3 X Novex Superspeed tires - On 2003 Honda Accord (190 PS), on 2007 BMW 120d (177 PS) and, now, on Honda Civic 22. diesel (180 PS) I mentioned engine power to emphasize the fact that Novex are very good in terms of handling and roadholding. Plus, no road noise and tires are very comfortable. The only minus is poor wet grip, obviously common "chinese" problem.

These Chinese poverty tires are terrible in all aspects. The wet grip is alarming and resembles driving on a beginning layer of ice. Noisy and uncomfortable ride. There are better economy tires that cost only a bit more, and your life is worth that extra. A garage near me buys in Chinese tires at £8 a tire and fits them when anybody asks for something cheap, because clearly a dangerous car is preferable to a few less packs of cigarettes or a few less gallons of booze. They're rubbish and dangerous. Avoid.

Great tire for the £35.00 I spent on them. Couldn't recommend them more.

Given to me when purchased car. Dry grip fine. Wet grip so far, have driven 20 mph slower than usual as doesn't feel entirely secure. Feel free to disagree with me, but as found on popular auction site for £29.99 each exc fitting, don't expect miracles. Swapped budget tires on a previous Fiat Panda 100hp for original Goodyear, then drove in a monsoon. Felt like wasn't raining. You get what you pay for I suspect. Will keep an eye on, probably go back to Toyo with my Civic reviewed here.
