SEAT Ibiza Tire Review Highlights
Fitted in October 2021 and they’ve done just over 59,000 miles on the rear of my Seat Ibiza, mainly motorway driving. They’ve worn well and are still at 4.5mm tread, with no vibration or other issues.
They’ve always felt stable and predictable in everyday use. Not the quietest tires I’ve had, but the noise is perfectly acceptable.
Overall, I’m really pleased with how long they’ve lasted and would happily buy them again.

Fitted to the front of my Seat Ibiza in July 2022 and covered just over 38,000 mainly motorway miles. They felt stable and secure in everyday driving, with good grip and comfort.
At around 4.5mm tread depth both tires developed a vibration at about 30mph. After swapping them to the rear, the vibration moved from the steering wheel to the seat, which points to tire deformation.
They delivered decent mileage and were generally good to drive on, but developing a structural issue before they were properly worn out was disappointing — especially as the Continentals on the rear have lasted longer without any problems.

It should do ok on normal everyday drive. However when pushed it's not giving me confidence. I think main concern is wet grip. Despite my thin tires its struggling with standing water. Also sidewall isn't firm it gives kind of jelly feeling. Better than cheap tires but not good enough if youre reliant on your tires.

Very good tires, no issues regarding grip level in wet or dry weather. The handling is great and so is road noise, noticeably quieter than the Nexen on the rear of the car. So far tread level looks nearly identical to new having done around 7000 miles. All in all they are great tires as you’d expect from Michelin.

Tires are very silent, do not loose pressure and feel very safe both in dry and wet asphalt. It is the second time that my car "wears" these tires and I will surely continue to prefer them.

Have these tires on for only a thousand miles. These tires seem perfectly fine in wet and dry conditions, there is a noticeable difference in tire noise compared to the old Goodyear that was previously on the car. Cannot comment on wear this early.

- a tire with low fuel consumption and rolling resistance.
- grip on wet ground and especially the brake are very bad
- on dry ground, it meets expectations, but I can't say good

aftet 5 years and end of life for this tire, it's a decent tire but had it's issues, it did not work in the rainy day's, had lost grip many times on wet braking, i even pulled the hand brake, on dry roads its a good tire, haw good wear and low noise in the car, i am not buying it again as i want a tire that works on a wet road

For a premium tire I think they should be better. In wet, particularly, of course you don't have the same feedback in dry. But It is very discrepant, that should not be like that. And in the dry they worm out very easily in a sporty drive. You have to reduce the speed and wait... then you continue with the fun. These are a confuse tires. If you have a relaxed driving, they are enough. But if you have a sporty drive forget this tire. Honestly I hate them. For now I bought a set (of two) Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2.

I bought these tires soon after I bought my car since winter was about to come and I wanted a tire that could give me good performance in any condition. At first I didn't push them at all since I had just gotten the car and I had to get to know how it handled first. In this "calm" period I also got to drive them under a heavy snowfall with around 30cm (12in) of snow and they really behaved very well, they proved to be predictable and provided a surprisingly good grip without any wheelspin/lockup whatsoever. As time went by I started pushing the car more and more and I started finding their limits, which were not too high. I must say though that in my country temperatures can get high as 45°C (113°F) so wear might have been higher than usual. It seems that after 2 years of usage the thread compound has somewhat deteriorated since I find that they grip less than before, though I may be pushing them harder. My driving style is often very aggressive and it is definetly not suited to these tires and to their thread pattern since pieces of rubber have been detaching. Progressiveness is pretty good, when they reach their limit they tend to make the car understeer but a few times I found myself correcting oversteering behaviours, in particular one time the car (whose ESP I had turned off that time) oversteered abruptly and without giving any warning, thankfully on a dry road that was pretty large and had no traffic so I managed to recover from the oversteer without consequences. In emergency manoeuvres they behave pretty predictably anyways. Dry grip is obviously decent but they can't match summer tires, while in the wet they gain back some points with a sufficient grip and a good resistance to aquaplaning. Noise is decent too yet they make the typical winter tire noise at mid/low speeds because of the sipes. They absorb road irregularities very well and give a good ride comfort overall. Wear has not been too bad given the hot weather and the aggressive driving style apart from the aforementioned detachment problems. I am getting a new car in a few days, a Seat Leon SC FR 1.4TSI and I definetly won't put all-season tires on it because of my driving style, the car power (148bhp) and the weather of my country, but I think that in countries that have a colder weather and have more frequent snowfalls this tire might be a good choice if you have a calmer driving style than me.

For the past 2.5 years I have installed four tires of Bluresponse to a Seat Ibiza MKII 50 PS. They have great feeling in dry and wet greek roads and they are very quiet as well. The wear is averaged and I have driven over 20000 km on country roads and motorway. Highly recommended!
