Performance Analysis

Nokian Seasonproof 2 - Official Image

Across four independent tests in 2025, the Nokian Seasonproof 2 delivered outstanding all-round performance, winning every test with an average overall position of 1. Its dominance is built on class-leading wet grip and aquaplaning resistance, consistently strong snow handling/braking, and very low noise, complemented by solid efficiency. Even against premium rivals and in mixed-size contexts, it repeatedly combined objective speed with strong subjective control.
Primary trade-offs appear in dry performance and snow traction. While safe, dry braking/handling results frequently sat mid-pack, and snow traction lagged the best. Rolling resistance is good but not class-leading. Despite these minor weaknesses, the Seasonproof 2's wet and snow sure-footedness, aquaplaning security, and low noise make it a benchmark all-season choice.
