Linglong Sport Master 4S

The Linglong Sport Master 4S is an economy all-season touring tire with strong dry grip and braking. Its main shortcomings are snow traction and handling, aquaplaning resistance and often high rolling resistance.
The Sport Master 4S is at its best on dry roads. Independent tests have repeatedly praised its grip, with strong dry braking and some particularly quick handling results. It was second of ten for dry handling in one test, although another found its soft sidewalls made it less precise. Ride comfort is generally a positive, but results have varied between tests.
Snow performance is a more consistent concern. Testers frequently found poor traction and uncertain handling, while snow braking was often weak, despite one strong result. Aquaplaning resistance has also drawn repeated criticism, and wet braking has ranged from near the top to near the bottom of the field. Rolling resistance is usually high, although one test measured it among the best. The tire has often finished near the back overall, making it better suited to drivers who prioritize dry-road grip and encounter little snow than those who need dependable winter performance.
