Now, after almost 3 years of owning these tires and abusing them every summer since ~2023, they have gotten to the point of needing to be replaced.
It's a DOT2018 tire, so they're slowly pushing a decade old with close to 5-5.5mm of tread.
They are still decent, but I can definitely feel the compound starting to turn to rock as time passes (even though it doesn't show any signs of failing).
They grip well but they just don't give as much confidence as they used to, though overall I'm happy with them and how cheap they were when I got them.
I will say one thing, even when they were in their prime, the wet performance wasn't really the best since the car was pretty prone to hydroplaning, now it's way worse. They give no confidence at all in the rain, feeling like it's about to skid out at any time (I almost spun out at a roundabout because it was tilted and wet).
