The tires were a great all year round option for the Amarok at a great price.
They took everything that was thrown at them well without complaint and wouldn't hesitate to get them again in the future on another 4x4 or Truck/Pickup.
Good offroad on all terrains that I encountered, forest tracks, mud, water crossings, grass and sand.
They were also really good through winter and the snow, on ICE they weren't as confident inspiring as a full winter but is to be expected.
For a do it all offroad 4x4 tire they were excellent and highly recommended.

Second time of purchasing these tires and they are perfect all rounder for my Amarok V6
Can’t praise them enough both for performance & longevity.

Compared to the OEM fitted Bridgestone HP Dueler, this tire far better on comfort, wet grip and rolling resistance. The soft tirewall gives a plush and smooth feel. For those who are after a lot of feedback and instant reaction on steering input, should look at other tires.
The old HP Dueler lastet 70 000km, but i dont expect the Turanza 6 to last that long. I’ve only driven 5000km on them so far and no sign of wear on them yet.
For SUV’s and pick up trucks, this tires are highly recommended!

These tires are the greatest so far traveled 110,000 km starting to show wear probably get 120,000 130,000 been all but 10,000 hwy driving will be purchasing them again absolute brilliant for my situation. The 2020 AMAROK CORE is one brilliant Ute.

I have been using these tires for a couple of winters on my 3.0 lt Amarok. Typical Michelins… very correct tires with low wear rate. I ve been doing tire development in the past and rallied internationally for 35 years. I have competed in 30 winter rallies. Tires are always a compromise.
These could possibly be a little better on dry cold conditions ( they are good but could be even better), they are excellent on the wet and they are working very well on winter conditions ( snow, ice, mixed etc )
You don’t get any unpleasant surprises and they wear out fine as a winter tire. All winter tires get noticeably less grippy the second winter and deteriorate the third one.The compound gets harder every summer left on the store. The LA2 is a very good and honest tire for Central and Southern European ( alpine ) climates. I just ordered one set as I heard the model will probably change in the near future.

Fronts don't last long 8000 miles if that but very grippy rear last twice as long 2015 amarok

Well, suppose it is a road only tire to which it does well.
SUVs and much more pickups go off-asphalt so booo to both bridgestone and VW for fitting it to an Amarok and as such the poor review is well deserved.
The tire is AWFUL on anything more challenging than the best dirt roads.
Just a mildly wet dirt-road and you're stuck. Dry grass and I barely knew what happened under my feet.
A 100% on road tire that performs well there, but doesn't deserve being fitted on a SUV much less a pick-up that intends to do more than parking on sidewalks!
