The goodyear vector 4 season gen 2 have been a great all round tire, they have served me well in 2 winters snow and ice with good traction and positive control and feed back. ideal for rural roads and living up a hill. They have been extremely good in wet conditions never loosing grip or feed back even when pushed fairly hard with spirited driving. In summer they have felt a touch soft but this is to be expected and given my Audi Q7 is the 2.5t etron with lots of torque they have still served up well. Towards the end of the life a touch of scuffing on the edges due to the heavy turn in on corners but at 30000 mile life I think a good all round tire and would happily buy again.

Fitment comes from each tire's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.
How long do tires last on the Audi Q7?
Across 10 end of life reviews from Audi Q7 drivers, a typical set of tires was worn out after 18,000 miles. Half of all worn-out sets lasted between 15,000 miles and 25,000 miles.
Distances are self-reported by drivers whose review marked the set as worn out; figures are medians, so a single unusual report cannot move them.

What Audi Q7 drivers say
The most recent owner reviews from this car, in their own words.
Very bad I bought two sets of 22 inch Achilles tires for my suvs in South Africa through tygerwheel and tires I did not even drive 5000km and all those tires separated very disappointed and tygerwheel and tires failed to assist me telling me Achilles closed shop . I’m from Johannesburg South Africa
extremely satisfied, very good wet performance , smooth driving, way cheaper than my previous yoko's.
would highly recommend.
I have already run about 65,000 km on the summer tires (3 seasons) and I can say that these are very good tires.
I personally did not expect such behavior on the road.
I drive the tires on an Audi Q7 2009 TDI, in general I drive a little faster outside the city.
Very good behavior in turns, in water and braking.
I can say the same thing about the winter tires from the same series.
Wet grip, however, is not good. Neither is wet braking. Also, susceptible to aquaplaning.
Winter driving is very poor. Grip is poor, braking is terrible. The tires feel totally inadequate for winter driving even when there is no snow or ice. They certainly don’t impart any confidence.
Wear is reasonable although the front tires did wear faster than expected. Rolling resistance seems good. Comfort (and grip, balance and control) depends on road type. It is good on A roads, dual carriageways but sometimes seems to scrabble for grip on bumpy roads and comfort is affected.
Anyway, have been very pleasantly surprised just how good these are in wet and wet snow conditions.
Had to travel to Cornwall and back over 2 days that happen to have been the worst winter weather over the SW for years.
Car remained completely stable cutting through banks of slush etc. Directional control was excellent and braking was entirely unremarkable, obviously allowing for much greater spacings.
While other cars slid and slipped these tires ate up the conditions, so much so that it felt as though I had full winter tires on. Lowest air temp -3 c .
Perfect for the UK imho and half the price of better known brands.
