I'm on my third experience with this tire and my second set of 235/65r17,this time on my Jeep Renegade 2.0 crd.
My first experience with them was on my Jeep Patriot 2.0 crd and I loved them so much when I got them that I immediately bought a set for my Jeep Commander (265/65r17).
Great on dry and wet, fantastic in snow, almost like a winter tire, and perform8ng great in sand as well.
Best A/T tire I ever used and I can't think of efer switching to another brand as they are very good quality for the money

Put these on my 2019 Q7 as a “cheap” seasonal option, a bit of a punt.
Anyway, have been very pleasantly surprised just how good these are in wet and wet snow conditions.
Had to travel to Cornwall and back over 2 days that happen to have been the worst winter weather over the SW for years.
Car remained completely stable cutting through banks of slush etc. Directional control was excellent and braking was entirely unremarkable, obviously allowing for much greater spacings.
While other cars slid and slipped these tires ate up the conditions, so much so that it felt as though I had full winter tires on. Lowest air temp -3 c .
Perfect for the UK imho and half the price of better known brands.

Fitted to my STX550.
Good looking tire.
Handled well in the wet at speed.
Good handling tire in dry weather.
I drive my car at speed and this tire performed well.
Didn't go 4wd and only used on the highway. Done 34,000ks and would be at 1/2 tread depth now.
I'm guessing you might get 50-60,000ks.

Suzuki Samurai
(215/75 R15 Q)
on mostly country roads
for 2,000 spirited miles
I used the tire GRIPMAX AT on my oldtimer Suzuki Samurai SJ 413 (1988) in the size 215/75R15. It was a great tire in sand (dunes and beach), mud and on pavement. They are cheap and perform well. I was impressed.
I decided it to buy them again as an extra set of tires for my SUV Mazda CX5 2L AWD 160 hp with automatic gearbox (2017) Where the Suzuki is an noisy car 4X4 car, the Mazda is a refined SUV well isolated and silent. The GRIPMAX AT (50 % on road / 50 % offroad) was a bad choice for the Mazda because of the roadnoise. They did great in mud and sand but i prefer the BF GOODRICH URBAN TERRAIN in the same size 225/65/R17 (90 % on road / 10 % offroad) because of the noise. The GRIPMAX AT on a silent SUV will spoil the drive on road. From 50 km/h on the tires produces a buzzing sound. At highway speed (120 km/h) the sound becomes better because of the wind. You can compensate the noise a bit by turning your radio louder. Slow 4x4 driving is OK. GRIPMAX AT are good for older 4X4 that already produce noise.

Travelled approx 20000 klm. At 10000klm it was unnecessary to rotate tires as there was no noticeable wear. Unfortunately I destroyed a near side rear on the Birdsville developmental Road which was extremely rocky. Have since completed birdsville track with no problems.

So far can't fault them . Good tire , good ware the only complaint is slightly noisy at slow to mid speed otherwise faultless . Just as good off road as on and at hi speed fitted to Nissan mutant 3.5 petrol so I mean hi speed . Best all terrain budget tire I've found in a 18 inch rim
