A good well balanced tire and good in the wet. Major downside is that my front tires have worn out less than 3,000miles on Uk roads. Daily commute journey. 46 miles per day.

Driving on a combination of roads for 16000 spirited miles
changing from Michelin pilot sports to these, I didn't expect much difference - but there was. It's almost like these tires were made especially for my car! sure footed, quiet and very long lasting too - the pilot sports were changed twice on the front of what is well known to be a heavy car in 20,000 miles whilst the front tires have done a shade under 16,000 miles and still have life in them yet. I will definitely be putting another set of these onto my car when the time comes.
for larger cars, these are a must - buy with confidence!

When new, dry and wet grip, noise and comfort all good. The huge disappointment has been the wear - after barely 12000 miles the fronts are down to 3mm and now aquaplane alarmingly, so they'll have to be replaced a bit earlier than I normally would. Won't be buying these again.

Tires were absolutely flawless in the beginning, very low road noise, the grip in the wet was incredible, felt very safe with these tires all round. I put the tires on the limit on many occasions and they just bite down on the road!! For such a good tire they are very reasonable price too!! Only downside is I have a slightly heavy right foot and have worn the tires down fairly quickly (my fault I know!). Once the tires have lower tread, the road noise increased and the grip is quite poor now. Having said that, you can take that as a sign to replace the tires way before they are beyond the legal limit.

All in all, if you are an aggressive driver, these are probably not for you, in Barum's defence, they were never advertised as performance tires.
I would definatly recommend these tires to 95% of people on the road!! they are great tires!!

Driving on mostly motorways for 8000 average miles
Brought these tires under the recommendation of a friend and the local tire fitter, I wont again. Paid approx £460 for four, and after 8000 miles they are nearly at the legal limit. I noticed after 4000 miles they had worn a lot more than I expected. I decided to have the fronts/rears swapped over and while speaking to the fitter he said it was common for the Michlin PS3's to last only 8-10k. It is a large diesel car, however from the reviews and recommendations I was expecting them to last longer and not need changing after 6 months(8000miles)!!

I bought these based on the Auto Bild/Auto Swiat test of 2014 tires where they performed far better than could be expected for Chinese tires. A little over £200 for four plus local fitting, once upon a time many would say that such a cheap tire would mean I'd soon crash and burn however after a few hundred miles I'm seriously impressed.
The car has a remap and on boost can spin its wheels for fun, these Atlas Sport Greens are very grippy and have not broken at all in the dry, dry braking has also improved considerably, despite the review I consider the ride is less harsh and there is no doubt they are a quiet tire.
For the UK it hasn't rained enough to make a proper wet weather judgement but when we get a big downpour I'll come back and give an update. The magazine review however praised the wet weather performance so I'm expecting it to be a positive experience.

For performance and value they are a 10/10.

was asked to try these after always buying continental tires, I have to say cant fault them in any way at all, but I will say very quiet compaired with conti tire and seemed to be better in snow

These were fitted new by the dealer on the purchase of my used Saab 9-3 and are abysmal. In the wet you are little more than a passenger with massive understeer with little warning of your impending trouble from the front. How I avoided an accident is one of life's mysteries. Dry grip is fine but in this country this is hardly important. One plus is that they wore very well but this is probably as they are likely made of concrete.

These tires lasted just SEVEN thousand miles on the front of my car until they reached minimum wear on my Saab 93 Sportswagon. I am a careful lady driver, had the wheels tracked and aligned twice in this period and they were nitrogen filled. I drive the car carefully so it will last, but Pirellis have had no trouble giving me 20,000 miles+. Using cruise control, not jamming on the brakes through careless driving, taking corners at a slower speed and avoiding potholes did me no good. Dunlop tested the tires and found no fault and said it was driver action or an irregularity with the car. Saab who have serviced the car for 3 years sent a letter saying no history of tire problems with me or the 93, but Kwik Fit are not behaving well about the whole matter. No refund offered for a very unhappy but regular (former) customer, but I will not let this drop as that was £200 I should not have had to spend. The new Pirellis which have replaced them are great - I wish I had never tried another brand and given myself this grief.

As far as grip is concerned I never experienced any problems but you need to bare in mind I commute to London and back every day in heavy traffic. I have a SAAB 93 1.9 diesel Sport Wagon and do not drive progressively so have not tested the limits of the tires. They do seem to give a hard ride although I do not notice any road noise. What I have noticed however is that they are near their wear marks at only 9000 miles on the front.They have worn evenly and I had the wheel alignment checked before they were fitted, I am a bit surprised that stop start driving can take so much wear off a tire??

These tires went on my front wheels to replace the factory fit continentals.

The wet grip is far better than the originals but otherwise I noticed little difference. I'm not a tire nut, but I've not scarred myself by losing grip with these round corners!

The only thing that I was disappointed about was that they lasted only 18000. I've been used to getting more like 25000 per set (the continentals had gone a little more than that - and I'm only now replacing the original rear tires at 45000!)

However, given that I can get 4 at 373 pounds (fitted), they might wear out about 20% faster but they are also about 20% cheaper than the continentals and they perform more to my liking!
