These seem to be hard and heavy, you feel every bump but the traction and handling are good. The grip is good, they don't let you down on corners, not even when they're almost illegal, which is impressive, on dry weather... on wet, they slip a bit, at the end of life, but this is normal, nothing dangerous though, really good overall tire, except the comfort part. For a heavy sports car that you drive on flat tarmac, the loss of comfort won't be an issue, I suppose, but if you wanna drive a sedan and have some comfort, they are too rough, especially on average roads with patches and occasional potholes. They are not noisy tires, you can enjoy your music and hear the wind, still so in the noise department they are OK. They seem to be tuned for sports cars, rather than sedans and comfort, that's all about it, a very good and safe overall tire, excepting that. The wear is good also, on them, you can drive them 60k+ km, if you drive them civilized... so, probably that's why they feel heavy, they are intended for high mileage and sports feel, rather than comfort.

Driving on mostly country roads for 2000 average miles
I recently fitted a set of four Davanti DX640 245/45/18W tires to my Peugeot 508 RXH. My car is a hybrid with four wheel drive and has 200 Bhp. I have driven around 2000 miles so far mainly on Country roads. My previous tires were Michelin Primacy 3, which are a premium brand tire. I got a deal on the Davanti's paying only £308 fully fitted for all four tires. There is an improvement in road noise and so far no noticeable difference between the premium Michelin and probably described at best as mid range Davanti's. I got 18k miles out of my Michellin's so only time will tell regarding the Davanti's. I did a lot of research prior to buying them. They are made in China and Chinese tires often get bad press, which I am mindful of. This is an early honest review of a new tire brand. I hope others find it useful.

Driving on a combination of roads for 21000 easy going miles
looking at the other reviews for the Peugeot 508 RXH the 21000 miles I got from the Coopers was excellent and certainly better than the Dunlops I had on originaly. Very quiet tires especially when new and never had any issues with grip in either wet or dry. I guess I am a fairly sedate driver, but at 50000 miles a year I have a pretty good idea what I am looking for in a tire and will certainly by coopers againb

Driving on mostly motorways for 9000 easy going miles
Dont BUY -- less than 10k miles and only 11 months rear tires 2ml & needing replaced - gone from 5ml to 2ml in last 6 months (6k miles ).. On a family estate.. Fronts just slightly better.

Wife’s budget tires outperform.

Never buying dunlop again

Driving on mostly motorways for 14000 easy going miles
I've had no problem with the performance of these tires but this is because the rubber is soft which unfortunately means they don't last long. I had these on my peugeot and they went illegal at approx 14,000 miles, and they didn't drive in any tough conditions or at particularly high speed. Considering your'll be paying approx £600 for a full set I'd steer clear unless you don't do much miles and your all about performance.
