I've made four-set changes twice.Before I had Uniroyal Those that were honest in the rain were far behind in the dry.The Falcena They have never let me down. Unbelievable feel in the dry and in the wet, perhaps the only issue is that they wear out quickly due to the driving style. I highly recommend them.

Ideal for average driving of a family car but surely not the one that will keep grip and handling on such a level to enjoy driving a small sport gti, feeling safe and ready to full power at any time. Good on wet. To cut a long story sort, it was a totally wrong proposal for my 106 gti, since production of the perfect for my needs,Yokohama Sdrive, has stopped.
Great grip in the dry. I can feel their limits really well. Great confidence. Excellent in the wet.
Overall very very pleased with these tires. Used BF Goodrich and Toyo previously and both were just horrible in the rain as well as thread wear. These feel like a much more expensive/premium tire. Will fit them on more vehicles. Congrats for this quality.
I can't compare fairly to my old tires as they were different front to rear. I replaced a pair of Firestone Firehawk TZ200 up front and a pair of Falken ZE914 in the rear with a set of these Nexens and so far I am extremely impressed.
Firstly they cost around £20 less than the Firestones and seem to offer better dry grip and certainly more road feedback. They are also a lot quieter when new compared to the Firestones when new. I was going to go for a higher end brand but I happened to check the reviews on here for the N Fera SU1 and they were more than glowing with people comparing them to Continentals and the like, and I have to say, as a first impression I agree.
As a result, my car breaks away far less easily at the rear than with any tires I've had on before these, which is a well known handling characteristic of 90s French front wheel drive cars as I'm sure other owners know, and the front end grip on turn-in is astonishingly good for what is, effectively, a budget brand.
Considering the grip compared to the advantage of only paying around £160 for a full set, I would definitely buy these again for this and other cars that I enjoy performance driving in.

I can't really comment fairly on how these compared to my last set of tires as I also changed wheels at the same time, however I have to say they are pretty good for their reasonable price. My dad's new Focus came with Contisportcontact 2 and I have to say, in terms of dry grip, there isn't much in it, and considering the Firestones are around £20 a corner cheaper, that's a good result. Furthermore, they seem to be wearing extremely well, so I'd imagine they're a tire that lasts a good amount of time. I also haven't noticed much of an increase in noise as they wear which is a plus, considering I drive quite spiritedly. Although, my Peugeot 106 only weighs about as much as a small paper bag so that must also contribute to the good wear.
What I didn't like was the lack of road feedback compared to other tires and they also appear to have a fairly soft sidewall. However, they are quite predictable at the limit and give very progressive breakaway.
I don't think I would buy these tires again as you can get better road feedback and similar levels of grip for a similar amount of money with other brands, but I have to say these are not a bad purchase if you're not bothered about the lack of feedback.

Used them in my daily 106 s16, from everyday use to spirited country road driving they perform very well considering their track oriented character! Wet handling was unexpectedly good, something that was bothering me when i mounted them. Of course hydroplaning is not their best and attention is needed especially with lightweight vehicles.
Their downside is that they wont last long like a normal tire, in everyday use but thats not enough for not buying them again!

They have excellent grip in the dry and they are very progressive and controllable even at the limit.
Even now at the end of their life they grip very good for the tread they have left(because of a camber issue the inside is almost like a slick but even with that they are progressive)
Wet grip is very good for high performance tires.
Noise and comfort I know it's not great but it's not a concern for me.

Habe meine Continental Sport Contact 2 Reifen gegen diese getauscht. Handling und Grip sind auf nasser wie trockener Fahrbahn exzellent. Sehr gut für Fahrsport. Ich hoffe, dass der Abrieb gering ist.
