Fitment comes from each tire's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.

Good dry grip and low noise. Not very comfortable tire but I blame the sporty suspension for that as well as TPMS valve that require tires to be around 2.5-2.7Bar more than tire but it is an XL tire made for load not comfort.
Biggest disappointment is how quickly tires wore down using combined driving style and A and B roads, DCs and Motorways. Now at just above 15k miles, tires started slipping in the wet during normal breaking/driving making me careful when cornering and forcing me to be be wary in the wet conditions. I was also advised to think about replacing them as some are ~60~65% worn.

I have driven these tire type type now for over 50.000km (32.000miles). Roughly every 35.000 a new set (4 tires) is needed. Please keep in mind, that the torque of an electric car does not go easy on tires generally. So i believe with a smoother driving style approx. 50.000km (32.000miles) can be achieved.

Two things should be noted:

First of all the labelling for rolling resistance is a bit confusing. Otherwise as one could imagine, the EV low rolling resistance tire is labelled "C" and the normal tire is labelled "B". Not even the dealers seem to know this. My information comes directly from the manufacturer in china, which really answered e-mail within a reasonable time, which quite surprised me.
I asked them, because my invoice showed another information as the sticker placed on the tires. Therefore if you are heading towards rolling resistance "B" don't buy the EV version of this tire, as you need the "non EV" Version. Due to my i misleading assumption I have always bought the wrong version, meaning I could have bought a lower rolling resistance for an even better price.

Second the tire quality has improved over the years. As in my previous review mentioned, these tires are not dangerous, but definitly not top-tier either. I must change my opinion a bit. The newer tires have improved nearly a class. Now i would rate them as typical "middle" class tires and wouldn't hesitate to suggest these tires to other persons.

Nothing else has to be mentioned. I can't remember a dangerous situation, should it be winter, summer, or during rain. Now i am driving the second tire set on this car and have no reason the change the brand.

lost all grip now at end of life, 10500 miles and just about legal, great when new and through summer but time to go elsewhere. MG4 Xpower

I’ve driven the Continental PCC tires for 34,000 km on my MG4. Overall, the tire performance has been average—not particularly bad, but not outstanding either. It delivers acceptable durability, though the tread wear pattern raises some concerns about long-term reliability. Recently, I noticed some chips appearing on the tread hence I came here to find a better replacement.

Continental PremiumContact C 215-50-17 MG mg4 16,800 miles January 28, 2026
The Continental PremiumContact-C came as the factory-fitted standard tires on my 2023 MG4 Excite 64. I would not recommend them.
After only 27,000 km, both rear tires are already down to 3 mm, which is very poor wear. Comfort and noise level is acceptable on dry roads, but wet-weather performance is very bad, handling is poor and the car feels unstable and prone to skidding on wet road.

Overall, not suitable for an electric vehicle with instant torque, and I won’t be buying these again.

Very impressed!!!
For the cheap price with my car MG4 Xpower that have 4WD 435HP and 600nm toque these tire can take it and no slip, And very very comfort event high tire pressure. The grip and brake is better than BS Turanza and close to top tier brand.

I am running turanza t005 ev on my car and it is on my mg4 luxury 61kwh long range model with 150kw motor power. And it locks even in dry situations and when slightest raindrop ever touches the ground all grip assists gets activated and car starts to slide.

Apollo Alnac 4G All Season 215-50-17 MG MG4 55 miles October 19, 2025
I drive mostly highway and in all conditions I have found the tires to be quite reliable. Having a RWD car, it will only skid minimally when turning fast at 50 km/h in rainy conditions. Done 55.000 km so far and still 4.5-5.0 mm tread left. In regards to noise I found them to be fairly silent although the last 5.000 km I seem to hear them more but what can I expect when they have already outlived other tire brands. Considering buying again. Only minus is they seem a little stiff in temperatures -5 C and below so limit the spirited driving then but driving a normal commute feels safe and the handling stays great. Perfect for mild winters with moderat snowfall.
