The tire I think is good for its value. Offer comfort close to Primacy series, slightly lose a bit but exchanged for better handling. It is a well balanced tire to me and it is suitable if you are looking for a comfort yet not too soft sidewall kind of tire.

These tires replaced my old Triangles on my Civic. Initial thought is that they were noticeably more quiet on New Zealand chip sealed roads, what used to be unbearable level of road noise is now a lot more tolerable on longer journeys. Just recently came back from a 1000km road trip, with lots of rain and mountain driving. These Pirelli Cinturato Rosso handled it perfectly, not once have I had a dangerous moment on the road. Dry traction was good, turns and gets around corners with confidence, wet traction especially is great, I drove through some heavy downpours on the road trip and felt very safe. Grip is plenty enough for my 150hp Civic. Braking performance is also very good in the wet and dry. On my old tires, if I stabbed the brakes sharply at 50km/h, ABS would get activated, whereas these Pirellis would stop nicely. Around town, fuel consumption is about what you'd expect, it's not really an efficiency focused tire but the consumption isn't high either.
I really wasn't expecting much as these are a more of a budget Pirelli tire, but the performance were suprisingly good. No regret fitting them to my car and I would've done it again.

Just got these and drove 100 km and they are super comfortable and handle well. I prefer them to sports tires.

After clocking 45,000 km with the Giti Sport S2, and having previously driven on the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 prior to Giti, I have to thank my regular tire shop for insisting that I switch to the Cinturato Rosso. Looking back now, it was an excellent recommendation.
Living in Kuala Lumpur, I constantly deal with road surfaces that are far from ideal. The asphalt here takes a beating from heavy daily traffic, while repeated digging for water, electricity, and telecommunication works leaves behind uneven patches and rough textures. For someone driving a Kia Sorento 2.2 turbo diesel, producing 450 Nm of torque and weighing nearly 1,907 kg, finding a tire that balances strength, comfort, and control is a challenge.
The Cinturato Rosso meets every expectation. On rough and bumpy city roads, it delivers an outstanding level of comfort, almost like gliding on air cushions that absorb vibrations and soften every impact. It truly feels like a shield for the suspension and absorber system. In terms of comfort, I would confidently rate it 10 out of 10, comfortably ahead of the Giti Sport S2 (6), Goodyear Asymmetric 3 (3), and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 (7).
When it comes to dry handling and stability, the Rosso performs remarkably well. Its steering response is precise and confident, easily matching the accuracy of the Goodyear Asymmetric 3. Under wet, high-speed conditions, it inspires strong confidence too, its grip feels almost adhesive, just slightly below the Goodyear Asymmetric 3 but on par with the Michelin Pilot Sport 4. Both dry and wet braking distances are impressively short for a vehicle of this weight, giving a sense of security and control even in sudden stops.
After years of experimenting with different ultra-high-performance tires, I can finally say I have found a near-perfect match for my vehicle’s torque, weight, and driving style of daily city commutes or spirited highway runs.
I strongly believe the Cinturato Rosso is indeed a balance between touring comfort and UHP performance. I have finally found the ideal tire for my Sorento. I will definitely buy it again.

I recently upgraded from the Continental UC6 to the Pirelli Cinturato Rosso tires, and the difference has been nothing short of night and day. The UC6 had me slipping constantly in the rain, but with the Rosso, I haven’t missed a single beat, even in the wettest conditions. These tires are absolutely lovely!
It's been a while since I've experienced such a well-rounded tire, especially after using the Michelin PS3, PS4, and Continental SportContact 5 in the past. I never expected a touring tire to perform this well; I always thought performance tires meant sacrificing comfort, but the Cinturato Rosso has completely changed my mind.
The softness of these tires is immediately noticeable, offering a very smooth ride over uneven surfaces. The grip in dry conditions is simply amazing, and even in wet conditions, they perform impressively. Aquaplaning resistance is above average, though not the absolute best, but it’s certainly good enough to instill confidence in rainy weather.
There was only one instance where I felt the car was losing its tail, but that was due to my tire profile being 60. A thick profile combined with a soft tire doesn’t help during hard cornering, so a lower profile spec wouldn’t have this problem.
One thing I really appreciate is how quiet they are. Noise levels are low enough that they don't bother me at all, which is a big plus for daily driving. And when it comes to cornering, these tires excel. There's no wallowiness; instead, they feel planted with plenty of grip and feedback, giving me the confidence to push through corners with ease.
Wear is amazing too, way beyond my expectations. Normally tires can only last around 20k miles because of the way I drive but for these Pirelli, it can certainly withstand the torture and I'm about 60% into the life of these. More to go!
I'm so satisfied with these tires that I'm even planning to purchase a set for my XC90. The Pirelli Cinturato Rosso tires have exceeded my expectations in every way, combining comfort and performance in a way I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommended!
