Been using this tires for 1.5 years. If you are on tight budget, you can consider this tires. Suitable for daily errands and to very casual driver who's light footed on pedal. Dry grip, comfort and noise level is acceptable for myself due to their tread design. Great to use if you use it for long touring trip on a dry road but be careful during wet weather as for my experience they easily spins out from start especially on heavy rain in Malaysian monsoon weather.

Laufenn EU label data
12 of the 17 tires on record carry EU label data. These are the range's label headliners, using each tire's best available size figures.
A Best wet grip
4 tires reach EU wet grip class A. The highest scoring:
A Lowest rolling resistance
The most fuel efficient choice: 1 tires reach rolling resistance class A. The highest scoring:
67dB Quietest tires
The quietest tires in the range are labelled from 67 dB external noise:
Label values come from the EU EPREL database and vary by size - the figures here are each tire's best declared size. Wet grip and rolling resistance run from class A (best) to E; noise is the measured drive-by figure. A good label is a floor, not a verdict: the tests and rankings above tell you far more.
New Laufenn tires
The newest arrival in the range is the Laufenn I Fit 2. 4 tires have joined in the last two years:
| Tire | Season | On the market since | TR Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Laufenn I Fit 2 | Winter | 2026 | not yet scored |
| Laufenn G Fit AS | All Season | 2026 | 6.5 |
| Laufenn X FIT AT2 | All Season | 2026 | not yet scored |
| Laufenn S Fit 2 SUV | Summer | 2025 | not yet scored |
New tires take time to earn a TR Score - tests have to be run and owner reviews have to arrive. A missing score is a data gap, not a verdict.

The most recent reviews, in their own words
Only 2k miles on the tires so far. Initial impressions is its a good bang for your buck. I was almost assuming because these were fairly inexpensive that the feedback and performance of the tire were not fantastic. Then I read how Laufenn is a subsidiary of Hankook tires. Basically there mid to entry level tires. I decided since they were designed by hankook and said to be good for fuel efficiency and quiet ride. So initial impression.... yes, they are quiet...surprisingly quiet. I drive a 2016 mazda 3. These cars are noisy...lots of road noise usually resonates. These made it surprisingly quiet. Fuel efficiency, i do see slightly better gas mileage...ill need to put more miles on it before I can say it increases mpg for sure..... cornering.... thats where the first mediocre performing aspect of the tire. On dry road, it seems to grip very well ( but what tire in its first 2k miles break in isnt usually sticky ans grippy...) but the sidewalk seems a bit weak..i am definitely getting a little bit of squishyness and feeling the outward roll of the car a bit more. Not significantly more than my previous continentals but a little. Now, ill again say this is for sure untill more miles are put on but I think its all possible my previous tires were at the end of their treadlife.... meaning the tires were smaller giving my car a lower ride height and ultimately giving it a lower center of gravity. Which is why when switching to brand new , fresh tread tires. Its raised my height. Possibly making the roll more noticeable. I have not had an oppurtunity to drive these on what i would consider , proper wet road conditions to give an opinion or review of there performance in that dept. But overall.. the quietness is fantastic. I drive 33 miles each way to work everyday . 30 of those miles is interstate . These tires are everything I need them to be. Great value if your not wanting to break the bank I think i paid something like $600 for them through les schwabs
I knew this brand as a cheaper option from hankook. Kinda same pattern as the hankook, with small changes. I have and had hankook tires, so I picked this to the daily, which is a MK1 fabia.
Trust me, if you have a daily car, its more than enough, if the daily car is not az M4 BMW.
The side walls are min 55, so this is not a sport tire. If you dont drive like that, its fine. It will stop the car anytime, just do not try to find its edge.
These tires are flat out scary on my 2000 Seville. They only work good in dry weather under perfect conditions. In the winter, I got stuck on a flat road with minimal snow. In the wet, it is practically impossible to set off from a stop without spinning the tires, and the same thing can be said when starting off from gravel that was on the road. One of the tires cracked in the short time I had them and I am getting them replaced with a set of Kumho Crugen HT51's.
Also, in cold conditions below 10°C, the tires become very hard and uncomfortable.
The rest of the performance is totally okay. I’m happy with the rolling resistance, as well as dry and wet handling and braking in all conditions.
