They grip well - down to the 3-4mm mark in sun, snow, and rain; VERY well in the snow when new, I havent had to use my snow boots since buying them!!
On the other hand, from new they tramline badly in the wet, it takes a few miles before they calm down.
Road noise is good and they ride well, the only letdown is wear, only 10,000 miles of fairly sedate - mostly hilly town driving.

All good to begin with. £400 for four tires, fitted.
Less than a year down the road, I have concerns about front tire wear. Although still legal (according to the fitter), the outer tread area has worn almost smooth. The fitter explained it can be power steering which has this effect, but it doesn't look right.
Also, I've noticed nicks in the sidewalls of each tire, which point to some kind of manufacturing defect. Overall, they drive fine, but they're making me feel uneasy, so it won't be long before we part company.

These were fitted to the front of my car when I bought it over a year ago. They are without doubt the worst tires I have ever had. As soon as there is the slightest moisture on the road they lose grip, as though I'm driving on a lake of spilled diesel. At steady speed on a damp roundabout they break away without warning. Pulling out at damp juntions I make the 90 degree turn slowly and only put the power down once I'm straight again. I was waiting for them to wear before I changed them but now I realise that will never happen - they look untouched - goodness knows what they're made of. Over the years I've had all sorts of brands on my cars but these Autogrips are without doubt the worst - they're so bad that Trading Standards or some MOT-related Government department should ban them.
