worst tires ever for hard ride and road noise seems to pickup every bump or variation on the road. I bought them because they were described as a comfort and quiet ride. They re as bad as Goodyear Eagle runflats that I had on my C5 Corvette which was transformed when I changed them to Avons which I had on my Rolls. These are on a XJ Jag XJ with air suspension and I cant wait for them to wear out so i will probably change them before and get Avons again. They are great for mileage though after 10k miles still have 5mmm tread which is great value but have spent more than the cost of the tires having everything checked on the suspension to try to soften the ride running them at 28 psi all round which has helped as there is usally only me or me and the wife in the car nowadays

Fitment comes from each tire's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.

What Jaguar XJ8 drivers say
The most recent owner reviews from this car, in their own words.
These Continentals replaced some truly dangerous Chinese Goodride tires fitted by a previous owner (which wandered so badly at speed and on the wet I thought I had serious suspension problems) and they were a revelation. Just so comfortable and accurate, their only flaws so far seem to be slightly higher wear than I was expecting, and thin sidewalks like much of the competition that make them susceptible to pothole damage like most brands. I would rate the Michelin CrossClimate 2 higher for performance, but those are much stiffer and less comfortable.
That is ridiculous!
I have never written a tire review prior to this but people should be warned about these.

Where this data comes from
Every rating on this page was submitted by a driver through the review form on this site, naming the car, the tire, the size and the distance covered. Reviews are checked by hand before publication, and the page rebuilds automatically as new ones arrive.
About the TR Score
The Tire Reviews Score rates each tire out of 10 using independent test results and the full body of owner reviews, so you can check a car-specific ranking against the wider evidence.
Who does the testing
Every test published as a Tire Reviews test is run by Jonathan Benson, who has been testing tires independently since 2007.
