Volkswagen Passat B8 2.0 TDI 4 Motion Tires

I live in Baltic sea region. Winters are getting milder here and decided to move on from winter to all season tires. So update came from hankook Winter i*cept iZ3 to Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF 3. Used Pirelli since end of summer on heats up to 30 degrees Celsius through rainy autumn and first snow and ice in winter. Although it is expensive tire but is now exceeding expectations. Behaves perfectly on dry, especially braking, perfect on wet and most surprisingly very well on snow. It is weaker a bit on a mud and aquaplaning and ice, however it is what you pay what you get. On 15T miles there are no signs of wear on the tire, tire is very silent. Would reccomend definately and will buy again myself.

This tire made me never want to buy Pirelli again. I got a new pair of studded Pirelli ice zero when I bought a Passat Alltrack 4motion. Even after 1000km I got slips in low speeds driving in the bends. I was chocked how bad it was. Works fine in the wet and salty roads, but worthless on ice… I switched to a used nokia hakka 8 studded with 8mm and it was so much better. I live in the northern part of sweden.

Had LM001 and was satisfied, now got the LM005 and it is even better.
