Best Tires for the Mercedes Benz CLA 180 AMG Line

Previous tire: Dunlop Winter Sport 5 · Mostly motorway and short city trips, little snow in my area

I chose the Snowproof 3P for its strong wet braking and high-speed stability. My Dunlop Winter Sport 5 was excellent in snow but felt vague and wobbly in fast, sweeping motorway bends.

Comfort: Firm, much like a UHP summer tire. If you're coming from UHP summers, you'll hardly notice a difference in ride comfort.
Noise: Very quiet, a big improvement over the Dunlop.
Steering: In slow corners with a lot of steering lock, it feels a little dull, but it still builds up plenty of grip. It's clearly most at home at higher speeds: excellent straight-line stability, and lane changes are easy and precise, without the vague, wobbly feel typical of many winter tires.

Wet grip: On a similar level to my summer tires.
Grip in general: Felt confident after only a few km, and the tire feels better with every kilometer.

So far a great choice for drivers who prioritize motorway stability and wet safety. I'll update after the winter with experience in cold, wet and possibly snowy conditions.

Grip on dry surfaces is quite successful. Wet surface braking isn't bad either, but I didn't feel confident enough to reach very high speeds. The softness, durability, etc. are nice, and there are still no signs of aging or cracking.

I’m running the Goodyear in the MO version. Very good durability, excellent dry grip, and very good wet grip. Comfort is also quite good for a UHP tire. I would probably buy it again, but when the time comes,but I’d like to switch to a newer Goodyear Model. Rim Protection is perfekt in a 8j

I drove the Dunlop Winter Sport 5 for two winters\. From the very beginning, it felt rather vague and indirect in dry conditions\. In fast corners on the motorway, the car felt quite squirmy\. In the wet, the vehicle tended to spin its wheels\. On the other hand, it performed very well in snow and still had 8 mm of tread after two winters, which indicates very good wear resistance\.
