Lexus RX 450h Tire Review Highlights
Replaced existing Yokohama Dunlop mix. Wanted better winter grip. Had expected the tires to be noisier than previous summer tires, but surprisingly quieter. Drove in snow for a couple of weeks this past winter in up to 8 inches of snow and slush in town and very good.

They are excellent if you mostly drive in mixed weather with occasional snowy days. They will not break in the same manner as pure snow tires but they will get you home and mobile in snowy weather. If you drive carefully as we all should after a sudden snowfall, they are excellent. Used with success on a Lexus RX which is all-wheel drive but not a Landrover but was far better than a Range Rover with Summer Tires in the snow. Tires are critical to car performance, pity the car manufacturers don't educate the public that your V8 turbo diesel Range isn't going anywhere if you have the wrong tires.

My used 450H came with Yokahamas which I presume were fitted from new. I have replaced them twice in 3 years and less than 20k. They are an expensive option. Very skitish if you apply power on a wet road. Two of the 4 developed bulges inside 6,000 miles. All in all not good ! I am replacing all 4 with Michelins and hope for an improvement.

I too drive a Lexus RX450H (F sport). The wear on these tires (came fitted on new car) is appalling. They are ok in the dry, but not solid in the wet. I would rather have had Bridgestone or Yokohama.

The tires are worstless in the wet.
I drive a Lexus RX 450h and in the wet the tires give a lot of of understeering even at very low speed.
