Excellent shock resistance, good dry braking and handling, but a weak wet formance and average comfort leaves Toyo sixth. Well priced.

Toyo Proxes CF2 - excellent tires! The car performs well on the track and road. On dry pavement Toyo tires provide confident braking, but on the track the light steering results in a handling delay, and during a high-speed corner the car sometimes required a correction of drift. But they provide a quiet soft ride. And light: the coefficient of rolling resistance of these tires are included in the top three. And the most important advantage - price. Of the "first line" tires, these are the most affordable tires - Toyo Proxes CF2. Recommended.

2014 Test World Summer Tire Test
The Toyo has acceptable braking on wet roads, but wet handling is clearly a big problem with the tire posting a very slow laptime. Fortunately, the tires behave predictably enough, without unpleasant surprises. The situation is somewhat better on dry roads, than in the wet.

These tires do not like the rain. The Toyo has long braking distances and weak grip on wet surfaces, and they aquaplane easily. However, although the Toyo quickly loses grip, they do it quite predictable. On dry roads the Toyo behaves safely and securely, but they lack the information feel during emergency maneuvers. Among the advantages - good ride quality and fairly low rolling resistance.
