Ford 07 mondeo edge 130 diesel Tire Review Highlights
High consumtion. But very good tires on uneven surfaces. Good feel in bends and only noisy on gravel or very rough tarmarc. If they last a long time I will buy them again.

My third pair of winter tires 205 55 16 on my Mondeo diesel estate. General country and town mileage. About 15k on first pair, just fitted second pair. They're so good, for the money,I got the second pair, for a matched set.
I no longer get that scary feeling when I hit standing water/slush at motorway speeds.
They are a bit noisier than my summer Goodyears, in the dry, it's not often dry when I have them on, so it makes no difference to me in the real world.
They are a bit duller feeling than summers, but in bad weather that is a good thing for me.
They did wear quicker in the summer, while getting summer alloys refurbished.
The breakaway is very gentle, if a bit earlier, which makes for a safer licence!
Fuel consumption is no worse than most summers, made up for by more moderate speeds in bad weather.
In real snow, I can get places where 4x4s on allseason tires can't go, hills are no problem, up or down.
I suspect they may be a Chinese ripoff of last generation Sotto zeros, but half the price!

Replaced 2 Nexen tires that had worn because of worn trailing arm bushes for Michalins that I believed would give me good milage and ride.Kept other 2 Nexens on. Big mistake. I replaced the Michalins on 15695 and the Nexens are still on the car at 29168 miles. Cant say the Michalins were any better than the Nexens ride wise. The Michalins were double the price. Obviously I went back to Nexen. When I spoke to the chap who sold me the tire about the poor performance he said there was nothing he could do. If I had bought a suit where the stitching was coming apart 6 months later it would have been replaced, yet he can just shrug his shoulders. I WILL NEVER BUY OR ADVISE MY FRIENDS TO BUY michalins.

I had Triangle TR968s fitted to the rear of my 2008 Tdci Mondeo. I took it for a 5 mile spin, immediately noticed very odd handling from the rear, skittish and unpredictable, and went straight back to the tire dealer to check if the wheel nuts were done up. He said that tires need to bed in, but having read other reviews now, the tires are not for bed but for the bin! August 2014

I have done over 8000 miles on these tires, a mid priced family car, a 2.0l tdi mondeo. They are brilliant in both the wet and superb in the dry. The level of grip is fantastic, cornering feels sharp and responsive, and stop very well. They were excellently priced. Performed much better than some tires which cost more. A value choice to buy.
