BMW 330 d sport auto Tire Review Highlights
When I bought my f30 330d these things were brand new on the rears. All I can say is that they are frightening in the wet and have no place on any performance car. Sideways on roundabouts at low speed was a common thing. Glad to get them changed.

Noisy. Really horrible over bumps and pot holes. A hard ride - which you do get used to. Expensive - c£1200 for a set.
BUT
Mine have lasted 27,000 miles and there is still a bit of wear left. Now searching for comfortable non runflats, but a set of Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta's are about £750 for four and may only last 15k, so we will see.

Replaced Bridge stone Potenza runflats on 330 Coupe after much research with these runflats. Thought of going away from runflats but as these were over £100 cheaper than other runflats (from event tires in UK - I would happily recommend) and not a massive amount in it for a premium non run flat I went with these.
The Brisdgstones lasted well but got noisier and noisier and towards end of life (just under 30K) started to scrub off rapidly around the edges so was looking for an alternative.
Had these on for about 2K now - much quieter esp on motorway where I spend most time - not much wet experience yet but seem ok and have good grip pulling away in wet (better than previous tire). ride is if anything a bit softer but hard to tell on RF in a BMW as ride is always hard. comments from the tire fitter who put them on were +ve from the feedback he's had, Can't comment on wear yet as too new but will review again in a few k more miles time.

I originally had run flat tires on my BMW 330d M Sport, they were terrible, I fitted VREDESTEIN ULTRAC SESSANTA's and they tranformed the car, the ride is smoother, the handling is awesome (although a little slippery in the wet - when pushed) but cannot fault for the price, would definately buy again and recommend!

Fantastic for the price. Used to have award winning tires from Bridgestone, but decided to try the cheapest Chinese I could find on my BMW 330D. They make a bit more rumbling sound once passing 190km/h per hour on dry surface, and they feel a bit less confident after 230km/h (I drive in Germany - with no speed limits) - but I've yet to experience any sliding at high speed. Amazingly these summer tires work well on newly snow covered roads at 90km/h. Thick ice/hardpacked snow is bad uphill (no traction), but breaks/drives ok downhill. My Bridgestone Turanza ER300 was useless on snow, and like SN3970 they may slide a bit in sharp bends if raining during summer - but normal wet highway has given no problems. So far, I'm amazed. If you never drive 200km/h, these tires seem excellent - and considering the price, I'm even more amazed. You can find more reviews on tiretest.com for many different tires. Don't understand why media is so negative to Chinese tires, maybe I was lucky and good production set of my 4 wheels.

Fitted to 'the worst car ever made for winter driving' the Nankang Snow tires got me everywhere in the last week on snow and packed ice proving that you don't need to spend over £75 per corner on anything fancy. I've been running them all through a mild Autumn too, and they were great with no signs of wear. Fantastic tires, highly recommend them.

You usually get what you pay for after saying this had these on my BMW 330D Auto for 26 months 17067 miles traveled wear quite good. Still a 4-5 mm tread left. As a BUDGET tire I repeat Budget tire well satisfied After saying this next time I will be changing to uniroyal wet 2 purely for the noise which a lot quieter according to right ups.But if money is tight which it is nowadays dont hesitate to get federal ss 595 purely for wear alone. All the best if this info helps you in your purchase Don
