Dont worry about buying these tires. I fitted them to my Alfa GT JTD and wnet from dunlops that were 150 each these are 60 and i must say jsut as good! Road noise might be a bit louder but thats because i turned the stereo off and actually listened for it. I must say around corners very very good!

Bought these tires after much research back in March 2008. Have since completed about 25,000 they now need replacing. The Alfa GT is already a superbly balanced and handling car and this tire compliments it perfectly. Grip, both wet and dry has stayed superb ever to an embarrassingly low tread level, what's more they're much quieter and more comfortable than the previous Potenza RE050 tires.

How good are they at the limit? Actually don't know, I push hard and my nerve gives out before the car/tire combination, even in very heavy rain. Even in the worst conditions I've found no tendency to aquaplane.

Driving is a mixture of motorway and fast country lanes so quite happy about the wear and never suffered a puncture.

Would I recommend them? Definitely ?? in fact, not prepared to fit anything else.
