We use these on our restored Jaguars and are very happy with them. Very good performance at a good price. Can't fault them.

Only been on for 500 miles, but already they seem as good as the Bridgestone RE050 OE fitted by VW to my Mk6 Golf TDI. They are claimed to be a quiet tire, but not noticeably so over the Bridgestones. Seem to be a good all round tire so far though and at 70% the price of the RE050s seem to be a good alternative. The Bridgestones lasted 16000 miles, so for the same ?/mile i only need to get 11k miles from the Falkens.

Great tire, read loads of reviews before deciding on these against the toyo t1r's. Glad I did. Road noise is low and grip in damp conditions is brilliant. Only done a couple of hundred miles so far but very impressed.

I have them for more than 2500km now. I was a little afraid of my choice but due to economical problems I though I should give them a try. Well they proved better than others. Superb in wet, very good in dry conditions, low noise and very comfortable. Also I was afraid of a lot of "squirl" but far more better than the Continental's Premiumcontact that I had before. Definitely I would buy them again. About wear it is very early but they don't seem to wear easily. Only problem is the limited feedback but I am not sure if it is from the tires only because I changed also alloy wheels from 14 to 15. They seem thought to be on the heavy side and its a drawback.

I've now driven >6000 miles (10,000km) and can only give praise for these tires - MUCH better than Bridgestons originals fitted by Ford on my Mondeo Titman X. My back no longer jars with every bump and I feel much more confident in driving in the wet = no sliding about like a pregnant milk float. The wear on these tires seams better than the Bridgstones and I'm confident that they will last 23K - 25K miles on the front. I've just purchased 2 more Falken 912's and expect them to last 35K miles on the rear. Well done Falken...

I changed over to ze912 from ze326...(all 4 tires)
Immediately evident was the reduction in noise..
handling in dry roads was superb...
however in wet conditions (I mean a torrential monsoon rain) handling was
not that good compared to the ze326 or the dunlop le mans I has previously
used.
my ze326 tires were out in just 12000km...
I am unable to comment accurately about tire wear at this time..

Volkswagen Golf GTI mk4 (240bhp)
(225/40 R18 W)

Bought these Tires for my Golf GTI 1.8T back in January 2009, and they were a very good investment. Considering the size, 225/40/18 all 4 tires come to ?240 (?60 a tire from Camskill). The tires have lasted about 19'000 miles but i did rotate the tires front to back to get a bit longer out of the fronts so all 4 could be replaced together. The ones now on the back are just on the markers, so have been replaced by another set of Falkens.
The car seems very quiet, confident and have never made me feel unconfident with the cars handling. The car is running 240bhp through the front wheels, and I drive the car hard often. The tires have never let me down, have worn true and evenly and are definitely a much better alternative to expensive brands.
I have read reviews of these tires saying Continentals are better, yet are more that twice the price??? I dont think you get twice the amount of wear or benefits for the money difference. Compared to the previous Michelins which were on the car before, once worn to about 4mm, the tire was scary in the wet and provided no confidence when driving at speed.
Even now at the end of the tires life, they grip very well and look good. I read that people with the similar but directional version of the Falken tire had problems once worn in and dont last long? Id say my 19'000 miles for ?240 is very good considering the ?520 for premium brands.
Do not be put off, these are the best mid range tire available and give the big boys a run for their money.

235/40/18 - Replaced Kumho ecsta Sports, much quieter ride. 100% better in the snow- Kumhos gave no grip there. Been on 10 months now and done 22000 miles, changing for new ones tomorrow. Yes Falkens again

Replaced Goodyear Optigrips on the front and straight away knew it was the wrong decision. In a straight line at 60mph the car wandered left and right (tramlining?) and still doing it 5k later. Good grip in dry but wet roads force you to back off significantly. Wet roundabouts are especially fun!! Quieter than Optigrips and maybe get a few more mpg but at the end of the day i'd rather be glued to the road than save a few pounds at the pumps every fill up. As soon as these are worn, i'm going straight back to Optigrips despite a poorer lifespan.

These tires replaced Yokohama Advans all round and we've covered about 1,200 miles in them. They are quiet and comfortable and have never felt short of grip in wet or dry. With the Yokos we had severe tramlining; with the Falkens we have just reasonable feedback. I measured the tread depths and it looks as if we are heading for 15k miles out of the fronts (much better than the 10k of the Yokos). If I remember to swap fronts/backs every few thousand miles we should get 30k out of the set.
