Given 60% while driving a Skoda Octavia vRS (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 9,500 spirited miles
I've had these for about 9-10k and had new tires put on all 4 wheels at the same time. The front wheels are now verging on illegal (just under 2mm) and they're all worn unevenly. The feedback is ok but they don't feel as grippy as I'd like either in the wet or the dry, but they're particularly quick to feel 'on the limit' of grip in the wet around corners with any power put down. A reasonable tire given the lowish cost, but not one for an especially progressive driver and therefore not one I'd buy again personally.

Given 54% while driving a Honda Accord CTDi (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 9,000 average miles
Bought these on the strength of reviews on this site. 9000 (mainly motorway) miles and the MOT station said they are 65% worn - meaning I'll get about 15K out of them. They perform OK, but nothing special... Poor wear for tires that have not had a hard life...

Given 81% while driving a BMW Z4 (225/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 14,000 spirited miles
Good points.

Seem to work with car well, better than oem re050 rft.
Good wear, 12k on rears. Took a while to find ideal pressures, 33psi all round.
Ample grip for road in wet and dry, limits feel predictable, almost too good.

Bad points.
Poor rim protection.
Seem narrower contact patch/tread area than re050 and f1 asymmetric by 5-10mm
Now rears are low at 12k miles they are now a bit snappy in cold and wet.

Not so bad point but worth noting, they do look a bit agricultural when new, tread blocks very tractor like. Not as sporty looking from side as f1's or re050, but tread pattern is ok.

Would get again, just want to try f1 asymmetric next, or maybe non-rft re050 hmm

Given 90% while driving a Audi TT (225/45 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 4,500 spirited miles
I did not expect to be so satisfied with a tire that costed 115?? a piece when top range Continentals where at 215??.
I will definitely buy again next year

Given 85% while driving a BMW BMW E36 325i (245/40 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
Well after a set of Uniroyal rain sport 2's for a year, which replaced the original Michelins on the rear, I had my concerns about these tires even though I had read lots of reviews. But needing two new tires just before xmas money was a deciding factor.

I picked these up for just under ?100.00 a corner and have to say I am really please with these.
I went careful for the first 150.00 miles or so after reading the comments but can say that I found no problems
with grip when new. After that I started to push them a bit and I have to say I really have not noticed any difference in grip between these and the uniroyal which supprise me.
In the dry these are as good as any tire I have had before giving good feedback, they also feel comfortable and I have not really noticed any difference in noise.

In the wet I am impressed with the grip and do forget that I am still not on my old uniroyals these have not given me any cause for concern even in very heavy rain at motorway speeds. If you really punch the throttle in the wet yes these will spin but give good feed back so you know what they are doing.

I cannot give any comments on wear yet but the uni's and miches only lasted a year so would not expect any more than that for these, don't be fooled by tire centers telling you these are budget tires, these are deffinatly mid range but perform better and as good as some more expensive premium brands. If I get a year out of these 8-10,000 then I will be happy enough to replace like for like. For the money you could do a lot worse than these, and if you only drive round town with occational motorway driving, you will be wondering why you spent all that extra cash on more expensive brands, give these a go and put the saving in the fuel tank !!

Have had these tires on my car now for 3 months, replacing the original Dunlops.
As with the Dunlops they grip well in both wet and dry. Progression is good with plenty of feedback.
I have been a little disappointed with the amount of noise from them though. I did lots of research and expected them to be quiet compared to the Dunlops but if anything they are a bit noisier. The first 1000 miles left me very worried as they were even noisier and tram lined badly...that has now improved dramatically.
In summary, good quality tires at a very reasonable price. Would recommend overall but believe the extra cos of the Toyos is probably worth paying if your a bit of a fanatic like me!

Given 93% while driving a Subaru Forester sti (225/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 15,000 spirited miles
I tried pirreli p zero for a while they are not as good in the wet as the falken fk452 , the falkens wear well and grip well , I have had 3 or so sets of these tires, I think they are the best tire you can get for the price and will continue to buy again , I friend tried them recently and said the same .

Replacing the Vredestein Sessantas that were on before, and reviewed here, the FK452's felt brilliant from the off on the front, albeit slightly more noisy, I think - I wouldn't stake my life on it!
Nevertheless, compared to the Sessantas, the FK452's seem a much better tire in all conditions, more noticeably in the damp greasy conditions with a lot of steering input.

High marks all round for them, but not quite the star performer for me - that, after having rotated them to the back, and brought the Toyo T1-R's to the front for the first time, has to go to them. Absolutely excellent tires, and have not put a foot wrong in any weather condition - recent icy underfoot days included.

That said, with the Falkens on the rear, there's no complaints there, and as much as the Toyos are better, if I was only able to get the FK452's (price/availability/etc) I'd be quite happy with that situation.

Given 66% while driving a Mercedes Benz C320 (245/40 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 10,000 average miles
Replaced Bridgestone with these. Overall not a bad tire with good grip in the dry. Less sure footed in the wet and positively useless in snow! No rubbing ridge to protect alloys from kerbing is a shame. Road noise is acceptable and on a par with Bridgestones they replaced. Disappointed with wear as only got 10,000k miles with average driving before reaching 3mm. The offers available on premium brands makes these less attractive and I've gone for Conti sport contact3 this time.

Given 75% while driving a Toyota MK2 MR2 Turbo (235/40 R17 W) on mostly country roads for 3,000 spirited miles
Fantastic wet grip, holds 3rd gear in the wet without spinning up which is good for a 305bhp light car. Decent in dry.

Given 81% while driving a Vauxhall Astra Coupe 2.2 (205/50 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 10 spirited miles
Bought these to replace Pirelli P6000s on my 2001 2.2 Astra Coupe (145bhp).

Have done about 10,000 spirited miles on them and they are nearly down to the wear indicators, so one point to make is that they aren't particularly long lasting. I got a bit more out of the Pirellis.

However, performance wise these are much better than the Pirellis. No break away from a fast standing start, loads of feedback (can always tell when on the limit), good performance in wet (and by that I mean even if heavy standing water 80mph can be achieved before noticeable aquaplaning occurs). I drive with the radio on so can't comment on road noise, but I can say it's not unreasonable, although I would refer to other reviews for details of this.

Bought these for ?45 each from camskill but now they're up to ?55 (damn recession). Still miles cheaper than the p6000s. Will definitely be buying another pair shortly. Great for a semi hot fwd car but don't know if i'd put a pair on a VXR?

Given 97% while driving a BMW 330ci se (255/35 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 100 average miles
Thanks to all the recommendations on this site which convinced me to try these out.Original fitment all round is Michelin PS2's Which i found hard and uncomfortable.Every undulation or bump seemed to come right up through you, especially on the rear. The fronts are around 5mm so about half worn, the rears needed replacing so tried these.Bought from Camskill.co.uk on line at just over ?100 pounds a piece,in comparison to Ps2's quoted in excess of ?200 each!! Excellent service delivered too door.Fitted at local garage for ?30 and now actually enjoy driving my car, excellent comfort and noise levels.grip so far seems fine but been in dry conditions only and still running in, but they feel surefooted and i feel no less confident than i did with the PS2's although as yet not pushed them hard as running in.
I did originally adjust the pressure down on PS2's, all round as BMW recommend 40psi! on rear, tire shop said this was to hard and was evident by central tread wear showing over inflation,so reduced to 33psi all round and did feel better.Stuck with same pressure on Falkens and seems fine but will toy with possibly raising rear by 2 to 3 psi to compare. But comfort has dramatically improved
which was important for me.So overall a great tire at a great price which looks good (comment by tire fitter) and performs admirably, why pay more i say? Highly recommended thus far but will update on wear etc.The PS 2's gave around 15k of wear with general all round driving.
