Toyota Aristo V300 Tire Review Highlights
Dry grip: handles 750nm torque on an almost 2-ton car very well. Sometimes a light spin in first gear. Still, it is not the fastest nor the grippiest semi-slick tire.
Wet grip: drizzle is fine, light rain is okay (just be smart about it), anything more and it’s skating on ice.
Road Noise: on par with others in the category.
Wear: this is the best part; it doesn’t. You can expect 16x 15-minute sessions when rotated on a square setup.
Handling: not the best communicator, but warnings are audible and traction does break predictably.

I had RS2 tires on my previous cars. I found in the dry they were great and no other tire could match it in the rain. Tried the new RS3 and am equally if not more impressed. When flooring from a standstill not many tires can stick to the road like these. People complain about wear, I'd happily have a high wear rate knowing the car will stop / accelerate with minimal fuss. These tires aren't expensive, stop complaining about wear. If you want long lasting tires buy other brands with less percentage rubber. Uniroyal state these tires are soft for a reason! I only wish they made these in 275/35/18!

I have these fitted to a 485kW (650bhp) with 800Nm+ of torque rear wheel drive 2JZ-GTE powered car, and for the money they are extremely capable. In the dry there is minimal wheel spin from 2nd gear onwards, and I can confidently give it full power coming out of corners without it stepping out on me (unless specifically provoked) - Note, that this is dry behavior - in the wet they are not great - I have to be very careful in any gear as when it hits boost the tail will step out, even in 3rd (4 speed auto) at 100kph +
