Driving on a combination of roads for 500 easy going miles
These tires would appear to be made from cheese and not cheddar, the soft kind like Feta. The merest hint of a curb and large chunks fall off the side wall. I will have to replace the two front tires after 6 months and 700 miles to get the car through MOT. The previous tires were on the car 8 years so it’s not the drive, my wife who’s not a brilliant driver to be honest, but the previous tires stuck around for 8 years so I’m pretty sure I won’t be buying Devanti tires any time soon. Appalling bad tires.

Having covered a good 8k or so spirited miles on these tires in the last 12 months, I can say that these tires have little or no redeeming features. The tramlining is horrific and at times can snap the steering wheel sharply from your hand - and I'm no stranger to much wider, slim profile runflats. Moderate acceleration or bumpy surfaces in the wet cause the traction control to kick in constantly. Slow wet roundabouts are a nightmare of understeer, which gives you no confidence on faster wet corners. Any amount of standing water on a motorway causes aquaplaning from 60mph upwards. All in all, a dreadful and frankly unsafe tire. Buy at your peril. I have just ordered Goodyear Eagle F1 Asy 2 (non-rfs) and will review in due course.
